This Friday hundreds of prospective and current UCSC students will be on campus demonstrating their commitment to stand in solidarity with UC workers. We'll be joining forces to demand that UC settles a fair contract for AFSCME service and patient care workers that includes moving away from poverty wages, secure healthcare and pension benefits for families, and a $15 minimum wage just to survive. Let's show them how we're rising up for our students and families, and getting down with student-labor solidarity!
