Please come to the first San Francisco City Public Hearing on the LBAM (light brown apple moth) and California's eradication plan. This is a meeting of the Board of Supervisor's Government Audit and Oversight Committee, which is considering two resolutions regarding the LBAM eradication plan.
WHO: All opponents of the LBAM spraying who live, work, or come to San Francisco City and County.
WHAT: The California Dept. of Food and Agriculture will make a presentation, followed by several opposing independent scientists. There will be an opportunity for public comment. The sentiment now is pretty anti-spray, but it is important to show up en masse to support the supervisors, who may feel pressured by the State. We also want to communicate that passing a resolution is not enough--we must set up an infrastructure of public education, health resources, and health
effects reporting if the spray goes through.
WHEN: Monday, April 7 at 10 AM on the 2nd Floor of San Francisco City Hall (Civic Center BART stop, it's the building with big white columns and a dome laced with gold)
HOW: CASS-SF will be preparing some speakers, and we want everyone to have a chance to give public comment.

WHAT ARE THE REAL REASONS WHY THE GOVERNMENT IS SPRAYING US WITH TOXIC CHEMICALS?

Let us examine the issue of aerial spraying of toxic chemicals, the evidence and the history of the present situation facing our communities in Santa Cruz, Monterey and soon other communities in California.
(1.) A small group of ruling elite in government decided to spray dangerous, toxic chemicals on us and our environment last year. They plan to continue this practice in the near future.
(2.) This action caused widespread sickness, massive bird kills, economic and environmental degradation.
(3.) The perpetrators of these acts responded to the protests of the citizens with orchestrated lies, denial, deception, misinformation and propaganda.
Do we have any other examples/situations that are similar to this principal issue? There appear to be many, for simplicity and focus I will use three.
Example #1. Chemtrails Across the U.S.A.

Large unmarked jets that look like Boeing KC-135 tankers have been photographed since 1999 releasing chemical spray trails (not contrails which are water vapor from the engines) in the skies over various parts of the U.S. The precipitate of these chemical sprays have been examined by independent laboratory analysis and have been found to contain: cadmium, aluminum, barium, sub-micron particulates, blood and many toxic chemicals. The U.S. government denies any knowledge of the existence of these planes or dispersion of these chemicals. Many people have reported becoming very ill after being exposed to these airborne chemicals.
Example #2. Aerial Bioweapons Testing on Civilians

The Pentagon has recently stated that it will expose the community of Crystal City, Virginia, U.S.A. to an airborne spray containing Bacillus Subtilis as part of a chemical/biological weapons test. They will then spray the population again with a "tracer" containing Sulfur Hexafluoride. The Pentagon has given the public assurances that the biological and chemical agents are "safe".
Bacillus Subtillis causes pulmonary disease and irreversible lung damage. Sulfur Hexafluoride is a respiratory toxicant.
Example #3. Saddam Hussian Gasses Kurds (http://mondediplo.com/1998/03/04iraqkn)
Saddam Hussian gassed Kurds in Northern Iraq. Hundreds died. The Iraq government denied any knowledge of the event. The U.S. Government and Corporations were the suppliers of the chemicals and the aircraft.
HOW ARE THESE EXAMPLES RELATED?
1. The governments and corporations responsible for initiating the programs and/or supplying materials all reside within the U.S.A.
2. They all involve aircraft dispersing toxic chemicals on the people and the environment causing sickness and death.
3. The negative effects are denied/downplayed by the Government Agencies and/or Corporations responsible for implementing the action.
4. All of the examples are of Governments doing the act to their own people.
WHAT CONCLUSIONS CAN WE DRAW FROM THE EVIDENCE?
If we look at all of this from a medical standpoint, the state at which an organism begins to degrade and/or destroy healthy and productive parts of itself is considered a terminal pathology.
Looking at this from a political viewpoint we could call this fascism or at the very least a highly secretive, repressive and undemocratic government.
And from a psychological perspective I think most psychologists and psychiatrists would agree this is evidence of a very sociopathic pathology among members of the ruling elite.
It should be noted that the terrorist attacks of 9/11 and the London Subway bombings happened at the exact same time and followed the same format as government exercises preparing for the same attacks. The odds that the actual attacks would occur on the same day in exactly the same form as the exercises by chance is one to the fortieth power, that’s one with forty zeros behind it.
