This ongoing free skool class is self defense and weapons training in an instantly accessible way. Eskrima is a martial art where sticks substitute for blades for safe(r) practice. This quarter we'll make sure to include some rolling and tumbling, too. Lots of folks turned out last time--so if you've got sticks, bring 'em!
