RNC Welcoming Committee in SF...PLUS Bay Area Unconventional Action and DASW
Date Tuesday March 04
Time 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Location Details
Station 40
3030B 16th Street @ Mission
Event Type Speaker
On September 1-4 of 2008, the Republican Party is coming to Minnesota to celebrate their latest conquests in global domination and exploitation. The RNC Welcoming Committee want to make sure that this time the fear-mongers will be met with their own biggest fear: people mobilized, organized, and taking the future back into their own hands.

Come to an info session by folks from the RNC Welcoming Committee. Hear about preparations and plans to Crash the Conventions in the Twin Cities in September!

Understanding that most people can’t make it out to Minnesota before the Convention, we see this tour as an opportunity to bring the Welcoming Committee to you, and to bring your thoughts, ideas and voices back to Minnesota.

Plus a member of Bay Area Unconventional Action will give an overview of organizing in Denver against the DNC and someone from Direct Action to Stop the War (DASW) will talk about the upcoming anti-war actions in the Bay Area on March 15 and 19.
