We Interrupt this Empire Film Screening & Direct Action Workshop

In light of the student organizing that has been taking place on campus against the fee hikes and the anti-war organizing for March 19th it is time to discuss and understand how to use Direct Action in a successful campaign to win!

We will be screening the film We Interrupt this Empire to let members of the community know what really happened five years ago with the Direct Action to Stop the War organizing. After the film there will be special spoken word speaker(s) discussing how to use Direct Action and a workshop/discussion on how to use Direct Action now... what is it...? How has it been used in the past? and more! Come to this event so that students and members of the community can work together in a cohesive effort to shut the system down!
