The keynote speaker, Dr. Luther Harry, is the leader of the rural health care movement in Honduras and trained at the Latin American School of Medicine in Havana, Cuba. Please join Lt. Governor John Garamendi, Bill Camp, executive secretary of the Central Labor Council and other Sacramento area supporters of CHIMES (California Honduran Institute for Medical and Educational Support).
