It is critical that when the City and County of San Francisco initiates any Major Initiatives and these are proposed to be put on the Ballot. A ballot measure that affect thousands of lives - that we have an ECONOMIC analysis in place on the subject. In fact there is an ORDINANCE in place but the City and County of San Francisco - keeps circumventing the WILL of the PEOPLE. Using scum bags like SAM SINGER to undermine the WILL of the people. Who is this Sam Singers that messes with Quality of Life issues in the Bayview? Spreads lies about the Tiger and those involved with the Tiger at the SF Zoo? Thinks he can do as he pleases - using BLOOD money to divide the people.
Sam Singer is some one who is now daring to take on some advocates. Well, bring in on.
Some of us know this dubious character - who will use money to divide the people.
The likes of Sam Singer - have come our way before and when such characters get their work done using "THUGS" and those that are NOT educated on issues - it makes it easier to get to the bottom of the mess.
Right now Sam Singer is swimming in a CESSPOOL - and at the bottom of this CESSPOOL is Sam Singer.

Sam Singer cannot hold any public meeting in the Bayview Hunters Point community and take on those that understand issues.
Sam Singer is NOT for meaningful dialog he is for creating diviseness.
He is for having meetings behind close doors, dividing the people and using "thugs" that mostly do not live in the community - to do his dirty work. Some of them hang in the hall ways at City Hall and create confusion.
The Chronicle did a piece on this scum bag. Now, he has decided to take me on - directly.

Sam Singer knew Lennar was POISONING our children and did nothing about it.
When we went to City Hall he hired "thugs" complete with T-Shirts and others brought in to disrupt the proceedings.
Sam Singer has the habit to throw in lies into the mix - and then stand at a distance and watch the fiasco. Well, your days are numbered - many know how you operate - but the time has come to fess up.
Do not spread rumors. If you are man enough let us sit down and talk. And let us make it Kosher. Do not act like a pot-belly pig from some Mid-West farm. I have seen - thousands of them dime a dozens.
I know you are a Public Relations person - well, I am trained in the Army. So, if psychological war is what you want - bring it on.
Let me tell you San Francisco and the public are not ready for it - but if you want it - we can take you and the likes on you - on.
Sophina Maxwell is a fat cow - because she does not get it - she knows our children are suffering and she votes in favor of Lennar because of the money spread under the table by Roy Wills and Scum Bags like you.
So, you want to go the SF Weekly and other papers - go touting your horn.
Bottom line is learn to meet some one that got your ass - and let us sit face to face and talk about issues and adversely impact our community.
