Indybay is a free, non-corporate site. Since it is edited and posted to by volunteers such as you and me, there are no annoying ads. Indybay has lasted a lot longer than a lot of groups' websites, which is why a lot of people repost various kinds of articles and stuff from other websites here, as well. So feel free to upload your flyers and images!
How can i do so? I am also interested in being able to post directly onto the site. Do i have to have an administrater passwrod to do so?

go to
http://www.indybay.org/publish.php
and enter a title, an author name, and a summary (those fields are required)
you can also select a region, topic, and fill in other non-required fields

Once you have filled out the form select the number of files you want to upload in the drop-down to the right of "Number Of Uploads" and hit enter to the right of it (you can only upload file types listed but that should include most things you will want to post)

After you hit enter you will the ability to select the files you want to upload and then you will want to scroll to the bottom of the form and click on publish.

Most Pdfs will automatically have an image of the first page displayed after you upload. Images will get resized to a reasonable width and movies will have a flash version displayed as well as a link to the original version you uploaded.

We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
