Lennar greatest liability stems from acres of of undeveloped land and Land Banking ploys.

It all started a long time ago when Lennar Corporation with INTENT came into the Bayview Community and first bought out some folks mainly Black and sent sought to divide the community. Bought out as with BRIBES.

All of a sudden - certain folks mostly crooks were beaming with glee - they were on the pay roll of Lennar. Strange how some folks will do anything - when it comes to Money - even stooping so low as to sell the community.

Lennar defied the Precautionary Principle that is law in San Francisco.

Lennar clear cut over 400 matures trees without a City Permit - and with the City and County behind it and Mayor Gavin Newsom - who touts about being Green but is a jerk and a liar when it comes to decency and sound principles.

Lennar backed by the Pacific Heights Mafia - sought from the inception to poison our children, steal our land, and do as they please as most "thieves" do when no one is watching them.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) the leading air quality monitoring agency failed to monitor Lennar . The many Notices of Violations (NOVs) it issued were rejected by Lennar.

It has been months since the BAAQMD promised to fine Lennar the maximum - but with the influence of Hill and others - it looks as if - Lennar will be given a pass.

Lennar decided to grade large areas - crushing the Serpentinite Rock - more Ultramaphic Serpertinite Rock - that when crushed released thousands of dangerous Asbestos Structures - and these structures if they enter one body - in the short and long term cause adverse impacts.

In the long term people die of cancer - a very painful cancer where one cannot breathe and I have seen many die from this disease - sailors who worked in Boiler Rooms and were exposed to Asbestos Fibers in the United States Navy.

Lennar is a Rogue Company and cannot fulfill its obligation on Parcel A - where it has been a disaster.

It now wants to jump and claim the land by Candlestick Park to develop. Lennar as I have stated has a severe problem with its currently built homes - that have been vacant or moth balled for years.

It has been selling thousands of homes in Southern California, Florida, and all over the Nation to buy some Equity. Using these fund to survive and float.

Part of this money it used by hiring Rogue Consultants to push for : The Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative.

The Bayview Jobs, Parks and Housing Initiative is as fake as fake can be.

We floated another Initiative demanding Fifty Percent Affordable Housing and embracing Low Income and Low Income constituents all over San Francisco but in the affected areas in and around Candlestick Park - and of course Alice Griffith.

We collected over 11,800 signatures in 10 days and put Lennar to shame. We aim to drive them out of our community and are watching their moves - this time around they are history. The scumbags they are with no morals and more thieves that should all be put in jail - for a long, long time.

Lennar does not like our plan - but it is fine for Lennar to say that according to their plan they planned on making over $350 million profit on the Candlestick Point project.

We plan on making half of that as profit - because we will deliver more and cater to those that really need homes and Quality of Life at that.

Lennar has the habit of coming into Cities and Towns and throwing its weight around.

Well, this time around - we will deal with this Rogue Company - each and every one of the "thieves" in fact we have exposed some of the thieves - mostly consultants the kind that will sell their Mothers for a penny.

History has point us in the direction - especially in Germany when some folks will profit from others. Some jerks have NOT learned a bit from history. They continue to steal and try to make money off poor folks.

How can Lennar losing so much money - dare spend over $850 thousand on a simple initiative.

We spent less then $4000 on our Initiative and most of that for printing.

We want Lennar Bayview Hunters Point LLC out of our community and we want them out - as soon as possible.

Lennar is famous for building Inferior Homes, are Racists, and we in San Francisco - know a snake when we see one.

Lennar is very BAD news and we are fully cognizant of all its dubious ploys.

We will NOT tolerate nonsense and we will NOT do business with those that have chosen to back Lennar and those include the Consultants that have NOT learned anything - we want you consultants out of our community.

Some of you Consultants are NOT paying attention - move out of our community while the going is good.
