Kate Raphael is a long-time queer feminist activist in the San Francisco Bay Area. She spent eighteen months with the International Women's Peace Service in the Occupied Palestinian Territories and over a month in Israeli immigration prison. She is one of the founders of Queers Undermining Israeli Terrorism (QUIT!) and a frequent contributor to KPFA-Pacifica Radio's Women's Magazine.
