The Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative - full of LIES and adversely impacts, poor

The Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative is full of lies and adversely impacts mostly Low Income and No Income - constituents all over San Francisco but more in and around the Candlestick Point.

At one time the South Bayshore Plan assured those that lived at Alice Griffith that they had rights and could NOT be moved.

Sophina Maxwell - the most despicable District 10 Supervisor - amended the old South Bayshore Plan and brought the area in and around Candlestick Point under the San Francisco Redevelopment Area.

The Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee BVHP PAC) consisting of hand picked crooks led by Angelo King - who just got on board with one purpose in mind - to serve the crooks that want to undermine the Low Income and No Income constituents - who have no recourse and when denied low income housing - are thrown into the streets.

Angelo King has not studied the Housing Element, lacks any knowledge of sound Planning, takes orders from his Slave Masters - and really is not from the Bayview Hunters Point.

He is a transplant from some place else. And the sucker knows that. Some years ago - this ignorant brother know nothing - what so ever about the Project Area Committee - and was introduced to the PAC in the year 2000.

Mayor Gavin Newsom talks the talk but cannot walk the walk. The only clinic that helped poor people in the Southeast Sector - he has deprived them of services. Then he will lead tours - with City Departments and pretend he wants to do something - for the same folks - he hurts on the quiet.

The Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative has three proponents Lola Whittle, Aurelious Walker, and Robert Simms - none of them have participated in any community dialog.

We challenge these three individuals to come to our Town Hall Meeting held every Thursday and inform us before hand - so that we can give them as much time as they want - to explain their position and why they chose to betray the community and work for corrupt forces like Lennar BVHP LLC - Kofi Bonner, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Sophie Maxwell, Gavin Newsom, the Fishers, the Blums, and a host of other very corrupt forces.

If you are all right - why have you all spent over $813,000 on a simple initiative. Surely, this is the first time in the Bayview Hunters Point so much has been spent on a simple Initiative.

The only reason I can think is that some THIEF who is getting the land for a dollar wants to make a lot of money - at the expense of those who really should be helped - the poor and those that live in and around Candlestick Point.

The opposing Initiative to The Bayvew Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative - demands FIFTY PERCENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

We embrace Low Income and No Income and accommodate those making less then $40,000.

There is NO such provision with: The Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative. The Initiative is so vague that there is precise language and in your face - and says the Initiative can do as they see fit - if any circumstances changes.

In other words the Initiative can do as they please. The promises made will be changed - our Initiative has MANDATES - you must keep them.

One, must remember at this very moment the area in question - called the Candlestick Point has NO - Environmental Impact Report.

There is NO Transportation Document. There has has been no dialog on the Housing Element and how the over 20,000 homes in this area - will impact the Bayview Hunters Point.

No one is talking about Cumulative Pollution. Not a word about this issue.

There a plans to build a Causeway - from Highway 101 right across Yosemite Slough - on Hunters Point - and going right across to connect to Third Street.

The Southeast Sector is the last frontier.

The mostly - people of color have been ordered around like slaves - in the past - NO MORE.

This is NO slave plantation.

And Mayor Gavin Newsom, Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, Sophie Maxwell, Aurelious Walker, and the many others mostly Black Sellouts the likes of Keith Jackson, Gary Banks, Doris Vincent, Willie B. Kennedy and many more - you are all put on notice.

Remember in 10 days - with the help of GOD we collected 11,818 signatures.

San Francisco, City Hall knows this because the SF Department of Elections have certified our count. I showed the document to Aaron Peskin - the jackass who has been spreading rumors that we collect - only 9000 signatures.

The 11,818 signatures is the tip of iceberg.

We also registered hundreds of new VOTERS - and so we are a force to be reckoned with.

We continue to REGISTER voters and this Army will help us now and in the future.

We can remove Sophie Maxwell - by collecting 4000 signatures - during one weekend. Sophie Maxwell knows this and it is time she changes her EVIL WAYS.

We will never TRUST her - but we watch her every move and pay attention to her actions.

Kofi Bonner it is best you take the poison pill - the FIFTY PERCENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING - and leave town.

We also want a FIFTY PERCENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING on Treasure Island and can put a similar Ballot Measure in November, 2008.

We want Lennar Corporation out of our community. The sooner the better.

Imagine the ROGUE Lennar Corporation spending over $813,000 plus linked to The Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative.

The FIFTY PERCENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING INITIATIVE spent less then $4000. It was a sound grassroots movement that will NOT go away.

I want to thank Labor, the Greens, free spirited folks so many of you, POWER, the few decent Organizations and decent Community Based Organizations, the Nation of Islam, the leaders behind the Spiritual Movement and so many others - and you know who you are - for all your help and hard work.

The ten days we had to gather the signatures - we had the most inclement weather - but God was on our side and we did it.

This victory shows that ONE VOTE at a time counts.

We must not put our faith in the consultants - and we know who they are - I have exposed them on this site and will expose them in detail - again and again.

With names like the Store Front, From the Ground Up, the Singer jerk, other mostly Black Sellouts - they should be ashamed of themselves. You see them soiling the halls of City Hall - practically every day.

We, the PEOPLE are NOT going away and the sooner you realize that the better.

WE DEMAND FIFTY PERCENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN AND AROUND CANDLESTICK POINT.

Remember, the land was stolen - all of it from the First People - the Muwekma Ohlone.

Watch out in less then 90 days - we will announce who really has jurisdiction over this land. You sell outs are put on notice.

We have been telling you to lay off our land - and get out of town - and IF you fail to pay heed - it is on you.

AS A SAID THERE IS A NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN AND HE AIN'T GOING TO TOLERATE THE NONSENSE THAT REIGNED SUPREME BEFORE - IT IS NEW DAY - AND SELL OUTS HAVE NO PLACE IN THE BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT COMMUNITY.
