in the attached video with this article, the man at around 1:30 is comparing their project to 'whack a mole',.. that they will continue whacking. More often, this analogy is extended to nationalist guerrilla fighters who continue striking despite receiving blows from the larger army. It could be alternatively interpreted as complementing the Code Pink for continuing to keep up their energy, despite the fact that people like them will not listen, and will not consider the idea that the antiintervention people are looking out for the treatment of marines.
