Mayor Gavin Newsom takes City Department heads on a tour on Sunnydale - duh!
Reacting to a serious of articles in the drab SF Chronicle - Mayor Gavin Newsom takes his mostly inept Department Heads for a tour of Sunnydale - one of many Public Housing Project in total disrepair and despicable conditions in San Francisco. The residents call it the "swamp". This City should have addressed the situation at hand years ago - when Diane Feinstein was Mayor - but not so. Congresswoman Pelosi could have done something - but she has chosen to sit on the fence and watch.
Mayor Gavin Newsom simply does not get it.
He has the habit of making wrong choices. He failed with Lennar BVHP LLC and he failed with Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO) at Hunters Point.
Mayor Gavin Newsom will fail at Hunters View with the John Stewart Company and his ploys at Sunnydale and Potreto Hill Public Housing will not go anywhere. Why?
Mayor Gavin Newsom does not believe in process. He does not believe in empowering the people that live where they live.
He thinks he know best, what is good for you - and always wants to be in charge.
Well, it is NOT like managing his hair with all the artificial elements that go to prop his hair. Dealing with human beings and Quality of Life issues - is tedious work with lots of patience.
Mayor Gavin Newsom has no patience. You listen to him - or else.
Notice when Harvey Rose the City's Budget Analyst - told the Mayor a thing or two - he says it is Bull S*** - well, the same with Mayor Gavin Newsom - he is full of hot air.
Whites mostly admire him as a "stud" - but when it comes to brain power and having a plan with time lines and goals - the jerk fails.
Mayor Gavin Newsom made a Public Statement - that if the Crime Stats continue to grow - he would initiate his own recall. Well, last year there were over 100 killed and not a word about his statement from Mayor Gavin Newsom.
During Mayor Gavin Newsom terms crime has increase and good families have left San Francisco in droves.
The Mayor Office of Criminal Justice said the tally linked to killings was 98 last year - still high and over the tally of the reported killings - the previous year.
A week ago there was a double killing in Sunnydale - I speak to some of the leaders from Sunndale and most of them - have lost hope. The same area Mayor Gavin Newsom went yesterday - complete with full POLICE protection and other jackasses everywhere.
He love these dog and pony shows. In fact these dog and pony shows - sustain him and his fake ego.
Mayor Gavin Newsom has chosen Dwayne Jones and given him the longest title that any SF Department Head has. To date no one knows what Dwayne Jones does. He does make over $143,000 with perks.
Dwayne Jones lives in Oakland - much like Fred Blackwell - and many of the other key players that really do not care much for San Franciscans - accept the very high salaries the make.
Can the public have a quarterly report on the project assigned to these and other folks - so that we the Public - know where our tax money is going to?
Mayor Gavin Newsom has surrounded himself with mostly White Guys - that give him some lousy advice.
Some Black Sellout that do his bidding. You will NOT find one Black that can stand his ground and do Right.
The Mayor has seen that he pays those that work in Room 200 well - at the expense of other City Departments. If you disagree with the Mayor - you are on the Sh** List.
Why would any person with intelligence back a corrupt Big Developer that is dealing with real problems all over the Nation?
Why would San Francisco continue to deal with Lennar BVHP LLC?
The reason is simple - the Gavin Newsom machinery wants to make money - anyway he can.
Mayor Gavin Newsom can use a Darius or a Kofi Bonner to do his bidding.
He could use a Jaye to make large sums of money - part of which could be diverted to the Mayor coffers outside his office. The machinations are tricky but some of us have the pulse on the ploys.
For years we have been gathering a lot of information using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). We know how fragile the Newsom Administration is.
Over the years - we have seen many employees work in Room 200 jump ship rather then provide the necessary information under the Freedom of Information Act.
Some of the information released - gives us deep insight about the dept of corruption in the Mayor Gavin Newsom's Administration. And by the way - all the information is available to the Public at Large.
I would like to commend Christian Holmer and Kimo Crossman for their leadership and I continue to evaluate each and every piece of information and connect the dots.
As one who handled FOIA cases for Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco - I can fathom the dept of the corruption and read between the lines at City Hall.
Again - getting back on track Sunnydale or for that matter Bayview Hunters Point does not appear on any San Francisco Tourist Map. The City loves to exploit the people that live in these areas - and the areas have NO representation - really.
Millions of dollars in taxes are paid from zip codes 94134 and 94124 but little if nothing invested into these zip codes.
As usual Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies talk the talk but cannot walk the walk.
The have failed when it comes to:
1. Testing our children and Elders linked to the toxic bombardment by Lennar BVHP LLC.
2. Lack of good schools in the Southeast Sector.
3. Despicable Health Facilities provided to the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point.
4. Many areas do not have adequate transportation facilities - especially the Elders.
5. If you are stranded at night at a Bus Stop - little or no Safety. You are preyed upon.
6. For year there have been no concrete opportunities and career jobs offered.
7. Thugs most Black Sell outs are paid to divide the community by Mayor Gavin Newsom.
8. The so called Gang Injunction has failed and crime is on the increase.
9. An Emergency should be declared because the SF City is incapable of providing help to the
constituents of Bayview Hunters Point.
10. The many home owners pay their taxes but get little in return. Most residents own their
home in the Bayview Hunters Point as opposed to the rest of the City - where they rent.
11. The Main Post Office, the Main Produce Market, all the large Electrical, Plumbing, Lumber,
Furniture and other large stores are found in zip code 94124 and 94234. They all pay
taxes but get little in return. Soon we will have a Home Depot on Bayshore - next to the
Smart and Final that is already there.
12. Mayor Gavin Newsom and others focus on Public Housing and other blight created by the
SF City and divert the minds of the public about the real issues. Lack of services, lack
of Infrastructure - lack of Health and Safety.
Mayor Gavin Newsom is phony - it is mostly Spin and Media. The man cannot debate anyone that is intelligent - as I said from day one the man is a SHALLOW.
He has failed to manage City land and now wants to control Federal Land and State Land - using the Pacific Heights Mafia and Lennar BVHP LLC. The HOPE VI is a ploy.
