The discussion on Evolution which was originally scheduled tonight at Revolution Books has been changed to that of a discussion on the Berkeley City Council's resolution about the Marines no longer being welcome in the city of Berkeley. There has been a systematic counter-attack mounted against the city council and demonstrators who blocked and shut down the Marine recruiting station on February 1. There have been death threats against members of the city council and there have been calls by reactionary politicians to strip federal funding from the city of Berkeley. Please join Revolution Books on Monday,February 11 at 7 pm to engage in the discussion of the struggle to drive these Marine recruiter predators out of the city of Berkeley.
