Granny Ruth (at left) and Granny Shirley (Granny on the far right of photo in red coat) spoke of their experiences working in Hawai'i where they grew up. Granny Ruth was a hotel employee, Granny Shirley worked in the pineapple canning factory. Raging Grannies are strong UNION supporters. A small part of the Google Empire can be seen in the background.
