$813,000 plus and the LENNAR Dream Team has but a poison pill to offer - themselves!

It is a shame when the EVIL forces will use MONEY to fight DECENCY - but this time the SCUMBAGS have met their match.

We have reported before that over $650,000 has been used by Lennar Corporation, the Pacific Height Mafia - other all evil in their intention - to steal land and adversely impact San Franciscans.

Well, that amount has now risen to over $813,000 - plus.

Bottom line The Bayview, Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative sounds nice - but the language is vague.

It is full of promises - and has language written within the Fake Initiative - that has too many escape clauses. In other words - the Initiative is a ploy to fool those that do not understand legalese and favor those that steal land. Deprive innocent people of their rights.

The Affordable Housing Requirement for the Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Shipyard and Mixed-Use Development Project has precise language and demands FIFTY PERCENT affordable housing. It embraces low income and no income - two segments of the population that Big Developers - detest.

Well, Lennar Corporation did not expect - any grassroots movement to collect over 11,818 signatures in a record 10 days. That too in inclement weather.

It has happened in San Francisco - history has been made - and sent shock waves all over San Francisco City Hall.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is MUM.

The Pacific Heights Mafia is regrouping and finding out ways to negate the over 11,818 signatures. We know who is moving in and around the SF Department of Elections.

Out of the blues on Election Day - I was called at very short notice to report to the SF Department of Election for a Raw Count.

Why on Election Day? When so much was going on - and practically ever Election Employee was overwhelmed with too much work?

The EVIL FORCES want to begin to work on the dubious plans and have an early start. Well, if God is with us - they can do as they please - they will FAIL.

We will be VIGILANT and we know where our strength comes from.

Jim Queen and I cooperated - to the amazement of those that control such dubious action behind the scene. We reported around 2 pm and were there at City Hall until past 7 pm - witnessing the Raw Count of the 11,818 signatures.

We did count our signatures and we took detail inventory before handing our signatures on the deadline - February 4, 2008.

We need about 7,200 signatures to qualify for the June Ballot. We have over 11,000 signatures in - and have every intention to be put on the June Ballot.

There are EVIL and RACISTS forces in San Francisco who are bent on creating problems for us. As I said over $813,000 have been spent on: The Bayview, Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative.

Our Affordable Initiative that demands Fifty Percent Affordable Housing has spent about $3,000 - if that. We have grassroots support on our side and we are winning.

We are watching the crooks and will NOT let our guard down. We have sources very close to any quarters that have their fingers on the pulse - of the many dubious ploys that are being planned inside and outside SF City Hall.

Within 30 days we will get a report - we know we will get it sooner - and we want that result to be genuine and permit us to be on the June - Ballot.

We know the Fire Works will then begin - with Lennar Corporation spending MILLIONS.

But, we have grassroots support and we will counter attack the propaganda - with innovative ways - we rule cyberspace.

We can e-blast and use U-Tube and have a series of well documented films - that we will show.

Lennar Corporation has bombarded our children with toxic dust and radiological elements.

Lennar Corporation has failed to abide with the Dust Mitigation Plan.

Lennar Corporation has failed to abide with the SF City\'s Precautionary Principle.

Lennar Corporation has failed to abide with the Disposition and Development Agreement.

Lennar Corporation with intent cut over 400 matures trees without any permits.

Lennar Corporation has been a BAD NEIGHBOR from day one.

We do not want Lennar Corporation in our community and have every intention to drive them out of our community.

We are a grassroots movement that does not take money from the City and County of San Francisco.

Of the $813,000 dollars most of it has gone to Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is a LIAR and has no intention to help those that need help most.
