CALIFORNIA STATE INITIATIVES:
All but Proposition 92, the Community College measure, will lose (I know polls now have the four gambling measures ahead, but I still see them losing). It's hard to win when voters are entering the polls prepared to vote a straight "no," but because Prop 92 precedes the others it has a fighting chance.
