Achtung! What is Roberta Achtenberg doing - messing with Candlestick Point and Bayview?

In San Francisco we support one another and we remember the past - there is an institutional history and an institutional memory.

If Harvey Milk was here today - he would in person have joined the ranks of those that oppose Lennar and would have much to say about our children, the elders, and those with compromised health. There is no doubt about that.

But, things have changed.

There seems to be another type of WIND blowing and those of us that stood up and did what we thought was RIGHT - marched and supported with decent QUEER folks are now being let down.

Why would Roberta Achtenberg go out of her way to support a rogue company?

Why would she contact - certain elements - and offer them money - to created division? We know what is happening and we have a sensitive pulse on many fronts.

Money is not everything. Greed is not everything.

And some of us understand that those that have LOST their Moral Compass - will sell their MOTHERS for a dollar. That is if they have a good mother.

Lennar Corporation has NO solid assets and is living on borrowed time and money.

Its Stocks and Shares have been reduced to Triple Junk Bond Status.

So, no one - anywhere that knows anything about this Rogue Company - should be doing any business with this company. Even the European Banks state to stay far away from this company.

This company - Lennar Corporation, with INTENT poisoned our children in the Bayview Hunters Point Area. Has no intention to help anyone in and around the Candlestick Point Area.

Kofi Bonner knows that. Sam Singer knows that - but Sam will look you in the eye and lie. Much like he tried to convince us about the situation in the SF Zoo - that came to bite him in the butt.

Lennar has NO intention of help those that need Affordable Housing - and make less then $80,000. Much less $20,000.

The land does not belong to Lennar - it was land that was stolen from the First People the Ohlone. I represent them.

So, I can say that some crooks stole the land - and the Pacific Heights Mafia have now joined the ranks of the crooks to make big money.

I have joined ranks with those that want to provide Affordable Housing to those that have NO INCOME and LOW INCOME. If you make $40,000 and less - we can help you - through creative financing and raise your standard - to live and earn a decent job.

We understand what it means to help because we have a MORAL COMPASS? Folks on our side do not fall for bread crumbs and will not sell their SOUL to the devil. They will NOT sell their MOTHERS for that so called Almighty Dollar that is worth seven cents on a dollar.

Once the crooks get the land - they will gentrify the place - and those that are of color and mostly poor folks - will be pushed into oblivion. There is no doubt about that - NOT if one gives Lennar Corporation any say in the development of Candlestick Point.
