Lennar cannot fool all the people all the time working with John Stewart and other crooks

Well, dealing with Aaron Peskin is nothing - the Mayor and Aaron can play in the sand box - and they can do what little boys do - or even aim at what goes on at Ends Up.

Mayor Gavin Newsom can side with Lennar and the spending of over $650,000 on rogue consultants - on the fake Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative.

It is shocking how some crooks have been meeting behind close doors trying to take control of rental properties. Foremost exerting pressure is the John Stewart Company.

The infamous John Stewart Company managed the Geneva Towers - which came tumbling down. The thug John Stewart left bad memories and those few that still remember those times - detest that the rascal is still around.

The John Stewart Company - a Property Management Company now controls most of the units at the Presidio of San Francisco. They control all the units at Treasure Island. They have control of many units in the Tenderloin - the Single Residential Occupancy (SROs).

The have control of units in the Bayview - but now are aiming big time to take control of Alice Griffith, Hunters View and whatever they can get. The more units you give these scumbags the more they embrace them - and adversely impact poor folks that cannot defend themselves.

This time around - we will monitor them - and this a clarion call to John Stewart - stop your nonsense - while the going is good. Do not for a moment think - you get exploit the poor and make money on those that need help most.

And stop intimidating the Press and those that tell the TRUTH - you are after all the scum that is at the bottom of the dirty, stinking, pit.

I know what these crooks are capable off - first hand - by having watched them at the Presidio of San Francisco. Units that were rented for a thousand are now rented for five thousand a month - other that were rented for four hundred now fetch two thousand five hundred. Some units are rented for ten thousand a month!

We must ask ourselves why do Whites have a monopoly - when it comes to large scale Property Management? And why is the City and County of San Francisco pandering to the John Stewart Company?

Lennar is a rogue company and with the John Stewart Company lurking behind the bushes - these two rogue companies - think they can take control of units in the Bayview Hunters Point and make hay while the sun shines - now and in the future. Not so.

As, I said some of us are watching and it is just a matter of time - before we will face these crooks and drive them out of our community - lock, stock and barrel.

It is a crime to take advantage of poor folks and those that cannot defend themselves.

The John Stewart Company is known for taking advantage and adversely affecting - poor renters and those that cannot defend themselves.

Among them the mentally ill that live in SROs in the Tenderloin. You hear complains before the SF Board of Supervisors - but no one is really paying attention and aiding the victims. The City has lost its Moral Compass.

In some cases - the John Stewart Company - use "thugs" and strong arm methods to force people - mostly poor renters to do their bidding and evict them.

This City and County of San Francisco cannot for a moment think it will invite crooks to build homes at Hunters View and drive poor folks out.

I tell you now - and in writing this will never, ever happen. The John Stewart may be in bed with Sophie Maxwell and Gavin Newsom - but, wait till these scum bags face the wrath of the people.

Much like what will happen to AIMCO and when the hearing is held at City Hall the world will also hear the name - John Stewart Company.

It would be good - while the going is good - for the John Stewart Company to stay out of the Bayview Hunters Point and stay out for the longest time ever.

You all know - how we feel about Lennar the rogue company that poisoned our children. Not a word about this fact - from Kofi Bonner - who thinks he too can fool all the people all the time.

Lennar is working with the John Stewart Company - and we will see how this fans out.

This time around we have an Army - one thousand plus strong and ready at a given moment's notice - to take up any cause.

So far we have rocked the boat and been very diplomatic - but in the future the medication doled out to the Racist scumbags - will be stiffer because we cannot and will not tolerate - nonsense.
Enough is enough!

The Property Management goons are all lining up to make fast bucks at the expense of the poor people all over the Bayview Hunters Point . But, this time around we will have tenant organizations - sue the jerks and take them to a place where we can adjudicate their nonsense before the Public at Large.
