$625,000 pumped into the Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative by Lennar and proxies

by Francisco Da Costa
Lennar BVHP LLC and the Pacific Heights Mafia have pumped over $625,000 into The Bayview Jobs, Parks and Housing Initiative. Lennar is taking the fight into the cesspool of their own making. Opposing Lenanr is the: Affordable Housing Requirements For the Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Shipyard Mixed-Use Development Project. We do not have that kind of money to waste - but we do have grassroots support. And we demand fifty percent Affordable Housing to the poor and those that live in and around Candlestick Point.
So far Lennar BVHP LLC has spent over $625,000 on: The Bayview Jobs, Parks and Housing Initiative.

Most of the money has gone to pay consultants - consultants that do not have the best interests of the constituents of San Francisco.

The Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative has the support of the Pacific Heights Mafia. These folks do not care about poor folks and affordable housing. They care about making money anyway they can.

The Affordable Housing Requirements for the Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Shipyard Mixed-Use Development Project - mandates affordable housing and protects those that have low income and low income.

Right now we are working the streets and the signature campaign is going on well.

We ask the support of grassroots folks that have the better interests of poor folks and those families that seek affordable housing.

Of course Big Developers want to make money - but there are umpteen other small developers that can build " affordable housing " using creative financing.

When Lennar BVHP LLC and Kofi Bonner can afford to spend over $625,000 on the Initiative - it says it all. The Big Developers cannot afford to loose their vague, deceptive, fake initiative.

They are getting money for free - they do not want any meaningful cleanup or abatement - they want to cap the land and build homes on toxic land.

Lennar has a track record of building homes on toxic land - all over this Nation.

All over this Nation - Lennar homes cannot be sold - recently Lennar sold thousands of homes - forty cents on a dollar.

At Candlestick Point Lennar will get the land - divide the parcel and sell it off to others to develop. Much like Catellus did at Mission Bay.

Lennar is a mess when it come to their Stocks and Shares - down from a high $54 to less then $11. The status of the Stocks and Shares has been reduced to Junk Bond Status.

Lennar did not expect us in two weeks to collect over 10,000 signatures. But, we are doing so well that we will sail by our number and our goal in the next two days.

Our grass roots movement has over - one thousands people knocking on doors, and collecting signatures - here, there and every where.

Our volunteers are wearing badges - we managed to get seven hundred badges and all of them are gone.

Sign the petition when it comes your way if you want the TRUTH to shine.

We want Lennar BVHP LLC our of our community. They have poisoned our children.

We want the Pacific Heights Mafia out of our community. We will never trust them.

We want the crooks and the the ploys of the City and County of San Francisco - out of our community.
