Status Update on MCDs in San Francisco
Congratulations to three more MCD’s that received provisional permits today from the City of San Francisco‘s Health Dept. – just a few more steps to go. Also please note that Tomorrow Thursday Jan. 10th will be another land use hearing at city hall.

Divinity Tree (The) 958 Geary Street (Provisional Permit Approved)
Compassion and Care Center 122 10th Street (Provisional Permit Approved)
Market Street Cooperative (AKA Act-Up) 1884 Market Street (Provisional Permit Approved)
There are so many people moving as quickly as possible to get through this very difficult process. Unfortunately it looks as if we may only be able to get three MCD’s through the regulation procedures by March 1st as required by San Francisco law. We are all going to seriously need to look at this again real soon. With DEA letters having gone out and many people still having difficulties obtaining permits in a timely manner we should all persist to work together to get things done. Our entire community is at risk! I can’t articulate enough how every MCD closed affects us all. If there is anything we can do for you please don’t hesitate to ask.
