A series of Israeli military raids in the Palestinian territories has killed a Hamas man and at least 10 members of Islamic Jihad, including the Gaza chief of its armed wing. Three overnight air strikes in the Gaza Strip killed nine fighters from the group, while an Israeli military operation in the West Bank left another dead.
Later on Tuesday morning, an Israeli air strike in the southern Gaza town of Khan Younis killed one of Hamas's security forces. The first strike in Gaza City late on Monday killed Majed al-Harazeen, commander of Al-Quds Brigades, a man wanted by Israel for the past nine years.
