It is becoming fashionable to exploit Latino workers - and this is wrong but now the UNION
It is becoming fashionable to exploit human beings just because they are vulnerable. Now, San Francisco was where the United Nations was established. We pride ourselves that we are humane and that we offer immigrants the solace, the peace, and refuge they desire. And all that is very good. But, woe to those that exploit the immigrants and this has been doing on for years - and this is wrong. It is worse when the UNIONS are behind - injustice and unfair wages and exploitation of those that are vulnerable.
I represent the First People of San Francisco the Muwekma Ohlone - and so I say to those immigrants that are here - we welcome you.
And, I say to the strangers that stole this land - that did not belong to them - be respectful of all - and mostly those that are vulnerable and in this case the immigrants.
To the UNIONS that purport to do good - I say some of you are EVIL - and change your ways. No excuses - we know that some of you are a disgrace to the UNIONS and what they stand for.
I have connections and if I want I can track each of the crooks and expose them.
But, I would like the UNION leaders to take control of the situation - and nip the nonsense of exploiting immigrants - and those vulnerable - in the bud. The sooner the better - do this on an emergency footing.
Day Laborers - the many that need to put food on the table - work hard for their living. And so if some one desires to hire a Day Laborer - be respectful. They are decent human beings - and they mostly do the work that most other do not desire to do. Mostly menial jobs that take a lot of hard work and sweat.
The many that use Day Laborers can attest to the fact that they work very hard. So, if you get a your job done well - be respectful and just pay the woman or man - just wages and be fair. God will bless you - after all most everyone that came to these shores - had to work hard to make something of themselves.
All of you strangers - were never invited by the First People - you landed here and begged for food and water and you were given the food and water. Then - after having your fill - you all decided to kill, steal, and take and proclaim what was NOT yours - to be your property.
If the cap fits you - wear it - and if it does not - move on. The above sentence is not for everyone.
It is a shame how some folks behave - greed is their prime fix - if they cannot satiate themselves with greed - they feel something is missing - so they go for this fix "greed" - and see what they have done to California - which 200 years ago was - pristine.
The First People of California - had a good relationship with people from neighboring countries - be it North or South America.
We did not have a relationship with Europeans - the came here as Strangers and will be called Strangers - until they change their ways - their foundation is "greed". They want more and more - and you can see them behave in their element - at the shopping malls and the gusto for materialism. The love to waste and disrespect Mother Earth.
Blacks have shared a destiny with the First People and so we embrace them. So, too others that are sensitive to the values of Mother Earth and the First People of California.
When Lewis and Clarke came to the shores of California - some two hundred years ago - all was pristine. The rivers, the hills, the land, the air - and most of the environment.
Today. we live in a concrete jungle and the Strangers are responsible for that. Look around San Francisco. Do we need the tall sky scrapers? The Strangers need it - and for what to satiate their materialism. The recent sad state of affairs linked to the housing crises - send a signal that must be heeded! There is more to come.
People have to work to live - according to the dictates of the Strangers and others. But, there are laws that clearly state - that people that work have to be paid - just wages and be treated with respect.
Unfortunately, we see again and again - many UNIONS - in the Bay Area - that are doing immigrants wrong - making them work long hours and paying them UNJUST wages.
It is worse when they are taunted, abused, shouted at and fired for no reason.
It is a crime when they are NOT paid just wages - but ever worse when the money due to the immigrants - are taken from them and they are given just a small portion of their earned wages.
Rip-offs are common - and if have Regulatory Agencies - that are NOT doing their job.
Here is San Francisco - Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO) - has been fleecing innocent immigrant workers and others.
What is sickening is that Local Union 22 has been condoning these CRIMES - it is time certain UNION LEADERS be fired. One especially - who has been using the illegal money to gamble.
Mr. Wong this is wrong - and you have to go.
Other Unions 261 and 267 have been impacted too - because of some crooks.
In San Francisco by the Ferry Building - many died so that others could work hard and get just wages.
Union members laid their lives - so it is uncalled for Local Union 22 to do us in. I am an Union Worker and have been monitoring this "nonsense' for too long - and I am sick and tired of this nonsense.
I met with the top Local Union 22 leaders and they were supposed to get back to me - but they have not. I could have given them some pertinent information - but now I will give the information to the Regulator Agencies. I waited for two weeks - but no one has called me. I did give them my card and all of them assured me that they would get to me.
The worst criminals are those that pander their time at SF City Hall pretending to be some Representatives of the Union - and trying to win jobs - while all the time raking in the money on the side. You see them making side deals at MOMOs and other such places.
Let me not HEAR one more time some idiot make a statement - that he is a Native son, and is fighting for just wages for the carpenters - this is plain wrong.
It is time for the Federal Bureau of Investigation to step in - as the District Attorney's office is taking its time- and in the interim - too many folks are suffering.
Local Union 22 is a shame and does not stand for justice. The time has come for the Union to be reorganized - and those that now lead the UNION - it is time, to step down.
The law suit filed by Sundeen, Salinas, and Pyle will expose Local Union 22 for all it is. A scam of a Union that has exploited too many - innocent, hard working, carpenters and others.
Those carpenters that have been exploited should call the District Attorney Office in San Francisco.

It is a shame that City Build that is responsible in some way for the present mess at the AIMCO projects - has not stepped up and done the right thing.
They cannot if they have some one like Jesse Mason - representing them. One Rhonda Simmons better pay heed to what you say City Build can deliver but has not.
The Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force - bears responsibility for the crimes committed at the AIMCO properties at the Bayview Hunters Point complexes.
Mayor Gavin Newsom and Supervisor Sophina Maxwell bear responsibility.
So, do the sell out the many I saw in Sacramento - Keith Jackson, Townsend, Linda Richardson, Gary Banks and others. Shame on you all - acting as consultants but not being responsible for the current crimes and exploitation of hard working workers? What have by scum bags to say?
Our sister and brothers that are immigrants - some Union workers and some Non-Union workers - must remember that are a lot of decent people that care for you and your loved ones.
The majority of Californians do not discriminate - and those immigrant haters - have no place here - they do not have the blessings of the First People.
18 treaties signed between the United States government and the First People of California - were not ratified.
The constituents of California must be aware of this - especially Mayor Gavin Newsom, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, Senator Diane Feinstein, the Blums, the Fishers, the Shorensteins, the other crooks that exploit the poor, the immigrants, and those that need help.
This land belongs to the First People and in San Francisco - the Muwekma Ohlone:
