Shrine to Gary King
Gary KIng, age 20, was shop twice in the back by an Oakland Police Sergeant, on September 20, 2007. There has been a shrine there on 55th and MLK where he died since the tragedy. During the last week, someone, possible Gary's father has had an artist paint a beautiful mural of Gary on the concrete pillar where he died. Here are some pictures I took today.
