AIMCO - fiasco with no sight of Supervisor Sophina Maxwell - workers adversely impacted.

Robert Salinas, Pamela Kong, and Sundeen Salina all Attorneys at Law have filed a suit in the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of San Francisco - against Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO0, Fortney and Weygandt, Inc., IMR Contractor Corporation, Bay Building Services, Bay Area Construction Framers, Inc., and others.

The AIMCO fiasco hit the ceiling from day one - when District Supervisor Sophina Maxwell brought the Resolution before the Full Board of Supervisor (BOS) - without - meaningful dialog at the Committee Hearing.

The Resolution asked the SF BOS to approve over $120 million in Bonds - all State Money - for a corrupt Property Management Company - named AIMCO from Colorado - to fix the property apartment it has chosen to run down over the years..

It is becoming fashionable for SF BOS to now make deals with - out of State companies - most very corrupt so that they can arrange for some financial remuneration - and shaft the constituents.

We have seen it with Lennar BVHP LLC and its dealing with Sophina Maxwell - who is very corrupt and thinks she can get away with murder in broad daylight.

This EVIL woman has with intent - harmed our children, elders, those with compromised health and continues to aid and abet - scum bags like Lennar BVHP LLC and AIMCO.

Now, here we have it once again - with AIMCO - and the back door deals using Linda Richardson, Rev Townsend, Gary Banks, Keith Jackson and a host of other mostly Black - scum bags - also know as sell outs - working for Sophina Maxwell.

These Blacks have no clue about Rehabilitation, less about Work Force, still less about serving the people. What they all have in common - is raking in the money to fill in their pockets. As I said they are sell outs. All of them get paid by AIMCO.

I caught them all in Sacramento - trying to persuade the authority that hears and adjudicates the State Bond Measure - pleading before them that they were serving the community and that AIMCO was doing a great job. The opposite was true.

AIMCO has done great disservice to the community residents living in the AIMCO properties.

And this City and County of San Francisco and Mayor Gavin Newsom - who has jurisdiction - has with intent allowed crooks - to work with AIMCO - and destroy the lives of many innocent residents that pay rent and live in despicable living conditions.

Recently, AIMCO fixed the old housing- using inferior material and doing a band aid job. In recent days - the plumbing is not working.

Raw Sewage flows all over the place - the inferior work in showing up - and this while the rehabilitation work in on going.

In some so called rehabilitated apartments - you get the smell of natural gas. The work is inferior and no one is listening to the residents. Residents are moved from place to place - while the rehabilitation is going on - some very short notices - and others have to wait for months before they can return to their fixed apartments.

All pay huge rents in the thousands for the two and three bed room apartments. Prior to these band aid rehabilitation - most of the apartments - were infested with fungi and other elements that adversely impacted the residents. Most - of the causes came from the use of poor materials and inferior - workmanship.

It is simply pathetic to see these scum bags all from Ohio and out of State all White - use people of color to work for them - under the most horrendous conditions. Treat them as if - it was a Slave Plantation.

Any one can go to these sites and see for themselves - what I am talking about.

The Law Suit - filed on Friday, December 14, 2007 - spells it all out - and thanks to Sundeen, Salinas, and Pyle - Attorneys at Law - at least some one has the balls to file this suit - and expose the corruption that has been going on for - years. All this in San Francisco.

Kamala Harris has been sitting on the case for months. She by the way is our District Attorney.
She is also a good friend of Sophina Maxwell. She also loves to talk the talk but not walk the walk.

There are Union Leaders - who have participated in the on going corruption - taking money or rather fleecing money from innocent Union and Non-Union workers - and this is plain wrong - using dubious conduits to do the dirty work for them. In this case sub-contractors - and them point persons who force the workers to sign their check - then these goons get the checks cashed - and the rest is history.

The Main Media has been pussyfooting - they do not give a hoot - about such issues - even though AIMCO is wasting over $ 80 million of State Bonds. People have contacted the Main Media but they do not care. Thanks to IndyMedia - at least the better informed people - know what is happening.

Why should we allow a company like Fortney and Weygandt to come all the way from Ohio - to San Francisco and in the Bayview Hunters Point and do in the workers? Why or Why? Why encourage such Mafia tactics? What is Nancy Pelosi doing about this - in her own back yard?

What is Diane Feinstein doing about this in her own back yard? What is Heather Fong doing about this in her own back yard? Where is Mayor Gavin Newsom on this great scam that has been going on all over San Francisco?

City Build touts it is all about Work Force. City Build has wasted over $70 million last year with little to show - under Rhonda Simmions an implant from Oregon. Just read the audit report done by the City and County of San Francisco. The SF BOS know about this - but the jack asses - are not able to walk the walk.

All over San Francisco - thousands of workers are being exploited by some corrupt UNION Leaders - pretending to run Work Force - when they have no clue about Work Force. Compliance Officer from the Human Rights Commission - are not doing their job.

In fact they cannot go to any job site - because they do not know where to begin and how to tackle the growing corruption.

Union Workers making about $32 dollars an hour - take home $12 an hour. Crooks cash the checks and give the workers little money. This has been going on for years.

Union Leaders - make arrangements and deals with Sub-Contractors to hire Union and Non-Union Workers. These sub-contractors control the payroll and the pay checks. These Sub-Contractors appoint goons - the goons force the workers to sign their check and then the goons - cash the checks - all this is our Great City we call San Francisco.

The Department of Labor has been asleep and our poor hard working workers - sisters and brothers are being taken for a ride.

For years - thousands of hard working electricians, carpenters, plumbers - take home less then half the salary shown on their pay slips. Goons are making millions - and this racket is well known in many circles - but no one is talking about it.

IT IS THE MOST WELL KEPT SECRET IN SAN FRANCISCO.

The most impacted are our Latino Sisters and Brothers - in fact as we were having our Press Conference yesterday - one goon in a Black SUV - was making rounds - trying to intimidate us. I captured his SUV in one photograph.

The workers gathered at the Press Conference - were pointing to the SUV and telling me that he was a goon - a scum bag - and was trying to find out who was at this Press Conference to intimidate the workers - later on - we will see if this happens.

Where is the City District Attorney of this one?

Where is the Mayor, Gavin Newsom on this one?

Where is the Department of Labor on this one?

Where are the City Regulatory agencies on this one?

Where is the SF Human Rights Commission on this one?

Where are the SF Human Rights Compliance Officers on this one?

Jessie Mason - a local thug who has been on the take - came to one of our meetings - and stated he was a Monitor for the AIMCO Project - he has no clue what he was talking about - he is as I stated a "thug" who is always looking for money and selling out the community.

AIMCO has created a mess with the blessing of District 10 Supervisor - Sophina Maxwell.

AIMCO must go - and the tenants who are suffering must be compensated.

On this project - City Build has failed - and Rhonda Simmons who talks the talk but cannot walk the walk - must go.

So too the consultants for City Build like Laura Luster. What has Laura Luster to say about the AIMCO projects and its relation with City Build?

And imagine Lennar BVHP LLC waiting to permit City Build to participate in their many projects. Aided by crooks that run Communities of Opportunity (COO) head by Dwayne Jones.

San Francisco has no Work Force Model that works and is reliable - with time lines and goals - less Transparency and Accountability.
