Location Details:
We meet at 1121 Oakdale Avenue at the Grace Tabernacle Community Church in the Parking Lot. Take MUNI bus 23 which will drop you right at the door. Exact location Ingalls and Oakdale in the Bayview.

Sundeen, Salinas and Pyle - Attorneys at Law are going to file a suit against Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO) - that is using over $80 million California Tax Bond Money - to rehabilitate over 200 homes and discriminating against workers - many Union and some Non-Union.

Millions of dollars are wasted and workers - Union and Non-Union treated unfairly. We will stand together with our Latino, African-American, Asian, White, Native American - sisters and brothers.

Workers hired to work on this project have been discriminated - again and again. The SF District Attorney has filed charges - but the investigation is too slow. Some Union Leaders have been taken to task - and some suspended.

Both Union and Non-Union not paid fair wages and money taken from their earnings - certain chosen crooks cash the checks of th e workers - and fleece the workers - this has been going on for years.

Mayor Gavin Newsom knows about this case - but has chosen not to say a word. City Build and the Mayor Office of Economic Development and Work Force - has failed on this project.

Many workers - intimidated and some fired when they fought for their rights. Many families are suffering because the main bread earner - has been out of work - fired from this project - because they have stood for their rights.

City Build has failed on this project. This project is a mess. A person has been shot and killed on this project - not too long ago. Workers were sent home.

This nonsense must stop and Local 22, 261, and 267 put on notice. Union Leaders have condoned illegal actions and have been slow to stand by the brothers and sisters - to do the right thing.

San Francisco is a Union City and some Union Leaders are fleecing Union Members and bringing disgrace to San Francisco and those Union Leaders that laid their lives - for fair practices, just wages, and Quality of Life issues.

Security will be provided today - and the protest held in a safe place. Show up to show your support - for an hour or so. We meet at 10 am. Thank You.
