Gang Injunction in SF - no exit policy, no sound factors - gentrification, depopulation
The Gang Injunction hearing held - December 10, 2007- in San Francisco and called by Supervisor Chris Daly in Room 263 at City Hall in San Francisco - exposed the City Attorney and Mayor Gavin Newsom - to a City "thug" policy with poor thinking and pointing to gentrification - galore. Further de-population, discrimination, and a multitude of adverse impacts - imposed on poor folks and mostly of color. Rich neighborhoods have no gang injunctions and Mayor Gavin Newsom has NO intention of taking on the real "thugs" in these mostly White Neighborhoods - anytime soon.
Injunctions according to the side-kick attorney who was represent San Francisco Dennis Herrera is about nuisance cases, pollution, property owners with run down buildings - in all of these cases and more - proclaimed Matt Dorsey - the City Attorney uses injunctions.
Gang Injunctions according to Matt Dorsey - protect the poor immigrants and those that real need help. This statement could not be further from the truth - and is a very poor reflection on the sad state of affairs and sad mentality of the SF City Attorney and his cronies.
Well, we all know very well about the Gang Injunction used in Los Angeles.
Nothing - good has happened there. All over the United States - especially the Mid-West - Los Angeles gangs have established shop - and teaching Law Enforcement - about 101 in Gangs, heavy drug trafficking, and a host of other well crafted businesses - managed by these LA gangs.
In Los Angles thousands get killed. In San Francisco hundreds - if that - and we are so small that it is "pathetic" to think about comparing San Francisco to Los Angeles.
The money - San Francisco is wasting on Gang Injunctions - could be spent well to give opportunities to youth - to keep them in school, feed them well, provide extra-curricula activities and just treat them like decent human beings.
San Francisco is a Racist City - and Mayor Gavin Newsom is the leader of the this Nazi prone policy and Gang Injunction. It targets mostly poor folks and those that need help most.
San Francisco has preferred - incarceration - and when they cannot defend their track record linked to high crime - it is now 104 but the official record shows 98 homicides - but it could be 120 - for all you know.
When these folks - get caught with their pants down - and their hand in the candy jar - they resort to "gang injunctions".
Gang Injunction gives "rogue" cops - all the license they need to abuse the freedom of innocent people. Of course Mayor Gavin Newsom - has not clue about Freedom and what license means - but, believe me - he will learn about it the hard way - and this time he will fall flat on his dirty face.
The Gang Injunction proposed by City Attorney, Dennis Herrera is a joke - and will come to bite him in the butt. People are revolting and there is a time bomb - ticking, ticking, ticking, ticking away.
The San Francisco Gang Injunctions started with the very first one - imposed on a small block - at Oakdale Avenue - what a joke.
One had just to visit the site - to understand why the injunction was put in force - clearly, gentrification.
The purpose was to demolish Oakdale Public Housing and open a Gate for a Gated Community - proposed by Lennar BVHP LLC - a "thug" and "rogue" company - that has no - "moral compass".
Lennar BVHP LLC wants to build thousands of homes on a polluted - Superfund Site.
Gavin Newsom could care less about - poor people and even less about housing for the poor.
Gavin Newsom is a nuisance - and if one just investigates his behavior and his lack of understanding for the law - he should be the first one on any high nuisance list and therefore - a list for injunctions.
The Mayor slept with a City Employee. Does anything get better then that? Then, he turns around and arranges for her to be paid $10,000 of tax payers money - on some framed, fake, Workers Compensation Ploy.
At today's hearing - speaker after speaker was articulate and Supervisor Chris Daly did well - with his questions and heartfelt statements.
Sophie Maxwell - the dumb,inept, ignorant, and very arrogant low IQ Supervisor - played her usual role - of an Uncle Tom. She is still on the plantation.
The Gang Injunction does not serve San Francisco well - and will hurt the poor and those that should be helped.
The Gang Task Force - a bunch of renegade "thugs" do as they please. They will use any ploy and gimmick to lay their hands on the innocent and hurt them.
Take away the "guns" these jerks tote and curtail the rogue tactics done as a pack - and these vermin, skunks, rabid ass degenerates - will fall by the way side and drown in a cesspool of their own making.
It is time for the SF Legislative Branch to rid the SFPD of their powers under the Injunction.
Stop all Over Time - and cut the SFPD force by thirty percent.
These vermin waste too much money - and have all the time on their hands - to do damage to those that do not deserve injustice - youth, women, and those that are frail.

Yeah people like this keep me from posting on this site. Lots of viewers want real information and news but when this guy posts his rants we are sort of aligning ourselves with his crap, so I DON'T post anymore.
Gangs need to be dealt with at all costs, and if the venture by the City of SF creates a ghost town then so be it.....

Why doesn't City Attorney Dennis Hererra go after some of SF's notorious white-collar gangs, like the Residential
Builders Assn. (RBA) or the SF Realtors Board, who constantly rip-off renters and gentrify working class neighborhoods? Unless your head is buried where the sun don't shine, the answer is obvious: Dennis Hererra
is one of these gang members. He is owned and operated by them.
When we finally get honest, special interest-free public servants in office, then we can go after the real gangs,
instead of their street thugs.
