And Let There Be Light: A Holiday Procession for Immigrant Justice
Thursday, December 13, 4:15 to 6 pm
Gather at Frank Ogawa Plaza
(14th St. and Broadway in downtown Oakland)

EBASE and the Interfaith Committee for Worker Justice invite you to join us for a
candlelit winter procession to the downtown Oakland ICE office. Help us show that we
will stand together with immigrant families, even as our government tries to divide
us. And help carry light into the darkness of fear and silence that ICE is trying to
spread through our community.

We will gather on the lawn at Frank Ogawa Plaza, form a procession to the ICE office
at 15th and Broadway for a ceremony and testimony from workers and faith leaders,
and then march on to a local congregation for a holiday celebration with hot
chocolate, music, and pan dulce.

For more information, contact Sarah Norr (510-435-9475) or Kristi Laughlin
(510-682-4302) at EBASE. Click here to
RSVP.
