Anyone else thinking about New Year's yet? Help inspire a DIY New Year's Eve Parade and street party! Who's in for this year's Last Night DIY Parade?

Come to a meeting / potluck (bring something to go in burritos) to see what it is all about. Here are the upcoming Last Night DIY planning meetings Tuesday nights 6pm -- corner of First Avenue and Atlantic Avenue:

Last year's street party was a fabulous end to the parade. What can we do this year even more ambitious? Let's turn Santa Cruz New Year's Eve into a fabulous do-it-yourself Festival! Music, dance, parade, street party, performance, food, art! All free, all participatory, all do-it-yourself. Not just mere spectacle, but people expressing themselves and connecting with each other.
