SF Police Deparment take law and order into their hands and invade privacy without cause

On Thanksgiving Day - an innocent woman was in the shower - when she was forced to come out by some "rogue cops" and in front of children and others - in the nude - this innocent woman - was humiliated.

The above incident was check out by me - and these are the facts.

I have requested Jeff Adachi to review the facts and compare it to the filed Incident Report - that has been fabricated.

Such cases often are sent to the Office of Citizens Complaints (OCC) that for all practical purpose - has NOT served justice and is famous for pushing paper, for long periods of time - where cases take years for any concrete and fair - adjudication.

For all practical purpose the San Francisco Police Department as it is today - is - dysfunctional.

Killings those that have been reported have reached 98 - but the number is more like 104.

Daily in the Oakdale area by Parcel A and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - rogue cops - armed with the so called " Gang Injunction powers" - passed under the cover of " political forces " that mostly live in the Pacific Heights - Mayor Gavin Newsom, Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi - and others mostly "cowards" - have tried to use the "INJUNCTION" to intimidate - mostly innocent people.

Those of us that have qualified experience know how much money is "wasted" by the San Francisco Police Department. Millions of dollars - a huge chunk of the City's Budget that is $6.8 billion dollars - is set aside so that the SFPD - can produce - the opposite is true.

It is said to find out that in the year 2007 - most computers used by the SFPD are old with Windows 95 and many do not have the Internet.

The Incident Report Department - is primitive to say the least. One cannot query a certain category of Incident Reports - it must be done manually.

Most Police Officers know nothing about the Housing Element.

Less about the Transportation Document, what is a Environmental Impact Report and how to understand such a document, have no clue about radiological, heavy metals, and even about toxic dust.

Many are good at intimidating innocent people and mostly poor people - and of course it goes without saying - people of color. These jack asses must be ashamed of themselves.

The jackass SFPD chose to place themselves in harms way - by spending over over $20 million on a supposed to be " State of Art " criminal laboratory - but right in the middle of Chernobyl - that is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - in building 606 - the devil's number - and on a Superfund Site.

The above sentence - proves once and for all - the ability of the SFPD to discern. Now, the SFPD moved to the Hunters Point building in 1999 - so this is no reflection on the present Chief Heather Fong - but is is a sad reflection on the " political forces " that have their priorities all screwed up.

I happen to be very good friends with many Deputy Chiefs - past and present - Police Chiefs, past and present.

Many police officers are my good friends - I have know them for over 30 years in most cases and some of them have known me - for a longer time.

Those familiar with City Hall know how I address issues linked to Health and Safety. In this case Safety. I can say that over a period of 30 years I have followed the Law Enforcement protocols - watched the operations, and commented on them. Most everyone who is intelligent and works on the SFPD force - the Command Officers - know this. If they do not - they should talk to some one higher up - to understand what I mean.

When we passed Proposition H - we wanted all these type of illegal actions to stop - the opposite is true. Some rogue cops have been at it - and do not know the difference between freedom and license.

For the ignorant - Abuse of Freedom is license - and that is what "rogue cops" - practice.

It is a fact - I repeat a fact - that an innocent woman was forced out of a shower and humiliated in front of her children - without cause.

It is a fact that the "rogue cops" entered this home - in a manner that does not follow protocol.

Armed with a gun and fatigues that resemble the Armed Forces in Iraq - these "rogue cops" watch movies and practice their profession in a manner that is uncalled for and defies logic and professional training - on innocent victims and in areas where the people are defenseless.

Send these jack asses to Iraq or into any real battle field - and within minutes they will be dead meat. I know professional Law Enforcement officers- and from a distance can distinguish - rogue cops.

I am requesting the San Francisco Command Officers and that for sure includes Chief, Heather Fong - to nip this nonsense in the bud.

Stop - giving excuses and stop mentioning the OCC. The OCC has failed - and this matter - must be brought to a halt - using drastic measures - within a couple of days - by the Command Group.

There are some rogue cops that are bringing disgrace to the human race and to what America stands for.

When this matter is reported - after the SFPD Incident Report comes in - and after we review the recorded statements - and is sent to the United Nations - let the world judge what is happening in San Francisco.

We can also then follow with the Tim's case - a physically challenged African American who was murdered by SFPD by Mission and Geneva in San Francisco years ago and the case has not been resolved, Samoan Big Brother, Big O- who was shot in the back multiple times, and so on and so forth. After all we have the documentation - all that is need is to send these cases - Certified Mail.

When police forces were recruited and formed Police Departments - a long time ago - that history stinks - but I am not here to explain that to anyone. that first seed was bad - any way you look at it.

But idiots without a moral compass and operating daily with a dead conscience and dubious in nature - will not fathom nor comprehend - what I am trying to say. Suffice to say many of the SFPD "rogue cops" are the living dead.

The Racist, SFPD with its officers mostly hailing from Redneck Territory - is a factor that has not been addressed. They come here to San Francisco to rake in the money and then they go laughing to the bank - one has just to investigate - Over Time and compare the percentage of the City's Budget - we spend on policing that is below par and a sad reflection - linked to Accountability and Transparency.

The poor in Public Housing - and the innocent in Public Housing - deserve RESPECT.

Now, if the SFPD do not know what that means - I can come and address the issue and do it in a very diplomatic manner.

Theresa Sparks who is the Chair of the San Francisco Police Commission knows me and I will be addressing the SF Police Commission - very soon on this very subject.

Other SF Police Commissioners know me - and I will state again - under any ordinary circumstances - no one orders an innocent woman out of the shower,naked and humiliates her.

The rogue cops were looking for a "MAN" and so they chose to humiliate a woman - which makes this case - all the more poignant.

I have requested a couple of attorneys and Public Defender, Jeff Adachi to look into this matter.

The community is pissed off - and rightly so - we are watching and have been watching for many years.

We understand de-population of innocent poor people in the Bayview Hunters Point.

We understand red-lining and all that is associated with it - including rogue policing.

The Bay Area is where the Panther Movement started - but I hail from the land of the Mau Mau.

We, as the citizens of the United States and more having served this country well, will not take any nonsense - from cowardly, jack asses, who are ignorant of the basic protocols followed by Law Enforcement.

We are a country of Law and Order. Of Justice and Fair Play. This is the United States of America - not Darfur or Bosnia or some place where rogue cops have a hey day.

If anyone of those jack asses - rogue cops - want to be a fake Rambo and prove that they are killer and molester - let them go elsewhere - please do not challenge civility in San Francisco and prove that you are something - when you are pathetic losers - scum bags of the worst order - and yet want to wear the Blue Uniform and say you belong to the San Francisco Police Department - and get paid by San Franciscans.

Jack Ass go some where else and stop humiliating innocent women. This is uncalled for and a disgrace to civility and good Law Enforcement - that is IF there is any of it left in San Francisco.

I do not want to hear OCC bull shit - what I want is immediate action - and nip this NONSENSE in the bud.
