At no time has any meeting been held in the Community - where Samoans, Asians, Latinos, decent Blacks, Whites, and others - have been called to discuss about the zoning changes in the Bayview Hunters Point.
There has been no through Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and for sure there has been NO Economic Analysis.
AN ECONOMIC ANALYSIS IS MANDATED BY THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO BY LAW.
THERE HAS BEEN NO ECONOMIC ANALYSIS DONE OF THE BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT LINKED TO CANDLESTICK POINT AND THE PROPOSED STADIUM AND OTHER BRAND NEW HOUSING.
For example we need to see a Transportation Documents and the analysis in depth. We need to know how this proposed new zoning will impact the Housing Element. We would like to know - more about Parking, Safety, Schools, Health and a host of other pertinent issues.
Most of all we would like the Public to be educated on these issues - since the crooks are saying that they will offer the people - brand new housing.
Right now we see too many people from Public Housing - discriminated - and thousands have left San Francisco who once made their homes in Public Housing - by Oakdale Public Housing, Double Rock aka Alice Griffith and the surround area.
We, the Citizens do not trust Sophina Maxwell she has never lived in the Bayview Hunters Point but since the late 1990s. The Community does not trust her - and twice efforts were made by the poor people to throw her out of office.
At this juncture we must decide if the third time is the charm - and this time money will not be an issue to rid the fat cow - once and for all for all the harm she has done to our children. The lying fat cow must go.
