December 2nd will be the one-year birthday celebration of the tree-sit in Berkeley. We will have music, dance, art, and activist trainings. We will honor the efforts of everyone who has participated and supported the efforts of the tree-sitters and ground support crew. We will look back on a year of defending this sacred space, and look forward to a year of defending green open spaces everywhere, against the onslaught of corporate greed.
