this person, arrested at the no borders camp, is possibly facing deportation?!?! because of his participation in the NO BORDERS camp?!?!

and the best you can suggest is that we send a FAX?!?

ahh, if there isn't some serious organizing done to help this person, that is a crazy huge display of hypocrisy. aren't there any benefit shows planned for him or something? what are the no borders camp organizers doing to help him?

actually a lot more is going on than just a fax.
we have recived a lot of support from many wonderful people.
juan has excellent lawyers who are busy trying to reduce the charges,
and who also have been helping us out with rides, meals, places to stay,
and we have some possible immigration lawyers lined up for after the
legal proceedings.

there is a general defense fund set up that people can contribute to:
Donations can be sent by check to:
GDC Legal Defense Fund

sarah davis of the no borders group gave me rides
and a place to stay when i arrived in san diego,
some new friends we just met , rich and adriana gave us a ride to and from el centro
for the nov 29 hearing,
so far i have heard of people having benefit shows in san franciso, washington state,
and i have heard from people contacting the local news and posting on indymedia in
calif, wis, oregon,

we still need letters - the ones people faxe to the prosecutor
