Med. Marijuana action alert for Orange County!
Tomorrow, October 30, the Orange County Board of Supervisors will be considering an
ordinance that would prohibit any business that does
not comply with both state and federal law from opening within the unincorporated
areas of the county.

Dear OC medical marijuana supporter,
Tomorrow, October 30, the Orange County Board of Supervisors will be considering an
ordinance that would prohibit any business that does
not comply with both state and federal law from opening within the unincorporated
areas of the county. This is an underhanded attack on
medical marijuana dispensing collectives.
Please contact the Orange County Board of Supervisors immediately to politely
express your opposition to the proposed ordinance.
Call (714) 834-3100, tell the operator where you live and ask to be directed to your
district supervisor's office so that you can tell
them that you do not support this proposal. Instead of banning legitimate medical
marijuana facilities, Orange County should uphold
state law by adopting sensible dispensary regulations similar to those already in
place in Los Angeles and seven other counties.
In order to help make sure the board doesn't completely shut down safe access to
medical marijuana in Orange County, we need as many patients
and supporters to attend tomorrow's board hearing in Santa Ana to stand together in
opposition to this proposal.
What: Orange County Board of Supervisors meeting
When: October 30 -- 9am
Where: 333 W Santa Ana Blvd. (at Broadway)
Santa Ana, CA 92701

Thank you for taking action to help Orange County's medical marijuana patients.
Please feel free to contact me for further information.
Sincerely,
Aaron Smith
