The African American Center at the San Francisco Main Library and Maafa San Francisco Bay Area Commemoration Committee host a panel discussion and film on the role of art practice in healing from the residual psychological effects of enslavement.

The afternoon will begin with a screening of S. Pearl Sharp's The Healing Passage, followed by the artist panel discussion.
