The College of Marin Student Senate reserves the right to change the order of the presented agenda as deemed necessary at
any time during the meeting. However, the Student Senate shall act on posted agenda items only and shall not deliberate on
Items that are not on the posted agenda except on items exempted under the Brown Act. Persons desiring to address the
Senate on items on the agenda must be recognized by the Chair. Persons desiring to address the Senate on items not on the
agenda may speak under item “V” on the agenda. Public comment presentations will be limited to no more than five (5) minutes
each. Persons making public comment presentations or speaking to agenda items are required to identify themselves for the
record. The Senate will not deliberate on or respond to public comment presentations.
The Senate reserves the right to end public comment presentations and/or remove members of the public from the meeting
room if there is significant disruption to the orderly proceedings of the Senate. The Senate may allow members of the public not
involved in the disruption back into the meeting room.
In compliance with the California Public Records Act (Cal. Govt. Code § 6250 et seq.), this agenda and all meeting materials
distributed during this public meeting shall be made available upon request and if requested in an appropriate alternate formats
