The San Rafael Board of Education will meet in closed session Monday to discuss evaluations of Superintendent Michael Watenpaugh and other top administrators.
The closed session will be at 5 p.m., followed by an open session at 6:30 p.m. to discuss several construction contracts, an agreement for evaluation of the Even Start programs at Bahia Vista and San Pedro schools, and more.
