The Media wants the scoop,d Mayor Gavin is in deep soup - Ed Jew will regroup and live

Ed Jew - the Chinese Board of Supervisor from District 4 - did indeed win his seat and was well known in China Town and also in his District.

When he voted he voted his conscience and did not follow the dictates of Mayor Gavin Newsom. Gavin Newsom is a bully and the Board of Supervisors that vote for the Mayor and not for fair play are a disgrace to the human race.

One recent case all the Board of Supervisors that voted for Lennar BVHP LLC to keep the project on Parcel A - going. Ed Jew voted for the community of Bayview Hunters Point.

I knew Ed Jew for many years working hard for many causes.

I worked with him on the issues linked with San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and other causes more to help those that needed help most - the poor and those that could not defend themselves.

I knew Ed Jew an amiable fellow - more from this Flower Shop in China Town and did not pay much attention to his home, house, his crash pad in the Avenues and District 4.

I did not know for a fact that he had another home in Brisbane but I knew he could afford a home - outside San Francisco.

The City and County of San Francisco has a Charter that tries to say in so many words where a Supervisor should live to fulfill the residency requirements - but, I know for a fact - it is so unclear that many a politician has lived outside San Francisco - while trying to serve the constituents of San Francisco.

I know of at least 3 such politicians - one woman and two men.

And the criminal charges linked to money and the involvement of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) - the money Ed Jew was reported to have taken in a sting operation - as per the law to the Ethics Commission was reported within a month.

That is the law - and if there is something to say about this matter - let the Courts hear the details and may the Courts adjudicate the circumstances and the issues at hand.

No one should be be judged by the biased Media - and not by the Courts of the land.

I know of many politicians that take vast amounts of money - some they report to the Ethics Commission and most they do not.

I know of two Board of Supervisors that have NOT reported all their money to the Ethics Commission - one is Aaron Peskin and the other Sophie Maxwell. So, as much as they might say they are in clear on this one - they are not.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is not only in bed with his best friend's wife but with dirty cartels from whom he get large sums of money. One of them is Lennar BVHP LLC that has fallen on bad times - and has blood on its hands.

Having said that - it is simply wrong to adjudicate any case in the media initiated by the Mayor.

Our present media lacks investigative reporting. They love gossip and that one photograph that they can show their Editor - and then any moron can pen a few words and demean any person.

Ed Jew has been adjudicated in public without a fair chance to explain his case.

If one has a chance to review the correspondence between the City Attorney, Dennis Herrera and the Attorney for Ed Jew - Steven Gruel - one can easily find out the poor case that the City has.

Every time Steven Gruel has has the City Attorney, Dennis Herrera to produce some documents - it has never been given on time. And when the document is produced it is defective.

Mayor Gavin Newsom and City Attorney, Dennis Herrera prefer to leaking shady documents and facts to the press.

I appeared at the hearing before the Ethics Commission on October 19, 2007 in room 416. I testified as one that has known Ed Jew but also the dubious actions of Mayor Gavin Newsom.

The Mayor and this City of San Francisco was represented by a couple of idiotic lawyers - who will fail. Mayor Gavin Newsom has opened a can of worms and that is all I will say.

The State Attorney has been pressed to get involved in this case and the State Attorney is clear that he will not take a position. In doing so the State Attorney knows for sure the City and County of San Francisco does not have a leg to stand on.

Give me a break - in the history of San Francisco - known as the Barbary Coast - we have had the most notorious Mayors and Board of Supervisors. Some of them have been pimps and others murderers. Yes, one has just to read the history of San Francisco.

Our present Mayor, Gavin Newsom has broken so many laws - one screwing a City Employee - and the world knows about that. Now, he wants to take another man down without due process.

One has just to read the present Charter and it has language that makes no sense on residency requirement. The basic requirements is that one lives one month in one's District before one stands for District Elections. The details after this vague language in not clear and defies logic.

Ed Jew and his family have been in San Francisco for five generations.

And granted that house in the Avenues is small but Ed Jew has lived in it for many years. And granted he has also lived in the other house at Brisbane and granted he has spent more time - from sun down to sun set in the Flower Shop at China Town. Thousands of man hours.

Who is kidding whom to make the criteria how many times you take a piss in your home and how many times you crash on your bed - gives you credibility to serve well as a politician in any City and in any District - such as the Avenues.

I know presen San Francisco - Board of Supervisors who are crooks - one of them Aaron Peskin. I know that Mayor Gavin Newsom has NO moral compass - but, many may say who am I to say that - but I do and have said it in the past.

I was listening to the attorney representing the Mayor - very poor performance - this is not a circus but the City and County of San Francisco has made it a circus.

Steven Gruel will take this case all the way and it must be adjudicated in the Court of Law before a judge that knows - the ins and outs of this type of case.

The Ethics Commission has no experience adjudicating such a case and will fail - if it makes any feeble attempt without resources and for sure without an understanding of laws and even simple rules by which it cannot adjudicate the many difficult areas - that the City and County has failed to answer when questioned by Ed Jew's legal representation.

San Francisco has a population of about 760,000 and many of them are minorities.

The minorities are watching and do not like what they see. Mayor Gavin Newsom is a racist and has taken this City and County of San Francisco down the drain and out into a trepid cesspool.
