Eshoo sneaks Redwood City townhall in TOMORROW Sat Oct. 13

by Drew Johnson
Congressperson Anna Eshoo gives 2 day notice of her 1PM Saturday Oct 13th Redwood City townhall meeting. It will take place at the San Mateo Co. Board of Supervisors' Chambers at 400 County Center.
After waiting something like a year and a half since her last townhall meeting Rep. Eshoo announced two townhall meetings for Saturday Oct. 13th only two days before the event. Gee do you think she really wants anyone to come???

This 'representative' ran with only token oppostion in 2006 but spent $1.036 Million on her campaign. Why would she feel the need to spend such an overwhelming amount of money unless it was to intimidate possible challengers and to reward her buddies with consulting jobs and advertising dollars??? Her top $$$ contributorswere corporations like Cisco, Realtors, Lockheed Martin, & Comcast. She treats corporations as her real constituents!

Come to the townhall meeting and hold her accountable to The People!

Here's the Redwood City detail:

Rep. Anna Eshoo Town Hall Meeting - Redwood City
When: Saturday, October 13 2007 @ 01:00 PM - - 02:30PM
Where: San Mateo County Board of Supervisors' Chambers
400 County Center
Redwood City
Description: Rep. Anna Eshoo: "I'll discuss my work in Congress and on the House Intelligence Committee and the Energy and Commerce Committee, including providing health care coverage to low-income children, making college more affordable, achieving energy independence, combating global warming, American competitiveness, and the war in Iraq. All constituents are invited to attend and share their concerns."

The other will be in Scotts Valley.
