In honor of National Coming Out Day, please join us as we gather to tell our stories and do playback to explore and honor the dignity, drama and universality of our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender stories.
This event is open to everyone.
What is Playback Theatre?
Performed in over 50 countries worldwide, Playback is an original form of improvisational theatre in which personal stories told by volunteer audience members are transformed on the spot into theatre pieces by using movement, music and dramatic spoken word. The importance and dignity of personal experience, enables people to view their lives in new ways and draws people closer as they see their common humanity
