Carmen Policy should not force the 49ers to do what is morally wrong

Lennar BVHP LLC was the wrong horse to back. Mayor Gavin Newsom knows this very well.

Mayor Gavin Newsom wants to back Carmen Policy so that Carmen Policy can help him with retaining retail business by building a Stadium and some Mix Use facilities - Gavin want Carmen to help him with Retail uses.

Well, Parcel E and Parcel E2 is very toxic and polluted with radiological elements.

One has only to read the Final Historical Radiological Report and the latest Amendments to get a glimpse of what the contents are on Parcel E, E2 and the neighboring sites on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Fat Boy one of the bombs dropped on Japan in Hiroshima was built at Hunters Point.

Let us not kid ourselves that Hunters Point is clean and does not need through abatement.

Gavin Newsom is far removed - and involved with too many extra curricula activities to really read for himself - the radiological contents and other toxic elements that must first be abated - throughly.

The last frontier that is Hunters Point always belonged to the First People the Muwekma Ohlone. Once there were two shellmounds on this land. The land was stolen from the First People.

Then, the Navy took the land using Eminent Domain and polluted it. The Navy destroyed two hills and the Shellmounds, the Sacred Burial Grounds - to this day one one square inch has been surveyed for remains and other artifacts.

Desecration of this kind cries to high heaven for justice. As I said " no good will come from Hunters Point Naval Shipyard".

Some may try to defy the Spiritual Laws but they will fail - again and again.

Carmen Policy has not learned from his follies and the New Orleans machinations.

Now, he want to fall - flat on this face again. Carmen Policy better stay away from building any stadium at Hunters Point.

As to Mayor Gavin Newsom is all his stupidity he is beholden to Nancy Pelosi and scum bags of that caliber that will NOT succeed on Hunters Point.

For years Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi have done NOTHING for the Bayview Hunters Point Community - now suddenly they are interested. They are interested in 'Land Banking".

The only folks these crooks have kept in contact with are Sophie Maxwell who is sell out and some other Blacks - all sell outs - that are NOT respected in the community.

Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi has NOT said one word about our children that are dying. Not one word about AIMCO bombarding our community with residential Asbestos dust. Not one word about Lennar BVHP LLC bombarding our community with radiological elements, toxic dust laden with heavy metals and Asbestos dust

Doctor John York and Jedd York know and understand fully the nature of what it means to build a stadium on toxic ground - more that is prone to liquefaction.

It is holistic to build a stadium in a safe area - so that the fans most of whom live outside San Francisco - can enjoy themselves - in a healthy and safe environment.

Jessie Blout and a few others do not live in San Francisco - they come here to fleece our tax payers.

Such folks that have lost their " moral compass " - must be ashamed of themselves. They use any dubious ploy to sell and make money - will sell their mothers for a dime.

Carmen Policy has problems of his own. It is because of this that he does not own the 49ers - he sister and his brother in law Dr. John York do.

It is wrong to pity family versus family and those that are using this ploy will fail.

The people of San Francisco that understand the true situation do not want anything built on Hunters Point - because it is very toxic. When will Mayor Gavin Newsom - get it?
