Nazi proceedings against foreigners again on Italian courts !

Some very influential judges, lawyers and public notaries, among them also a state attorney from Rome, launched under file No 4986/06 PM 140, a court’s proceeding in Rome under Nazi laws, against distinguished intellectuals from Croatia. The same group of Nazi – judges from Italy confiscated de facto the private apartment of a reputable scientist from Croatia with terror and falsified court’s documents, including all the assets in the apartment, the private library, scientific works written on floppy discs, a laptop, some cash and family antiquities of priceless value. The value of these assets exceeds 1.100.000,00 Euro.

After this same group of judges and lawyers confiscated all the assets and property of the innocent foreigner based on Nazi methods, in a new legal proceeding in Rome, the state attorney Mrs. M. Letizia Golfieri, demands punishment not only for the owner of the apartment from Split, but also his attorney from Split, which could sentence them to a long term prison penalty, pursuant to the provisions of clause 368 of the Criminal Law of Italy.

“Americans, Jews, Croats….and dogs – Out of Italy! Against you foreigners we apply only the fascist criminal law….! This is the favourite slogan of judge Antonio Costanza from Imola, who accepted some six years ago the forged legal documents. He ordered them from attorney Michele Sarti, notary public Giorgio Forni from Bologna and Stefano Galletti from the real estate agency Tecnocasa from Molinella , all in form of legal lawsuit No 21215/00 against the respected Croatian scientist, journalist and writer.

“Very honourable Mr. President…”- wrote last year the known lawyer from Split to the President of the court in Bologna, Mr. Antonino Cricchia- “...a group of Italian citizens has secretly organized themselves in the year 2000 and wants to confiscate illegally, based on falsified documentation, the apartment owned by Prof. I.C. in Molinella (BO), Via Asiago 7.

Members of this criminal and mob-like group archived an application for transfer of ownership title in Bologna. Prof. I.C. (scientist and writer), completely innocent, has been subjected to racist terror and prosecution, not heard of even in the Colonial wars. The owner of the apartment is from Croatia and never signed any document before the notary public, nor did he receive any Centim. One of the bosses of this secret mob-group is judge A. Costanzo from Imola.

Prof. I.C. Costanzo was deprived all of his human rights guaranteed by Italian and international laws; he is being prosecuted, threatened, terrorized in any possible way and with all available means. With the ”blessing” by A. Costanza , members of this criminal group (Roberto Galletti, administrator of the apartment building) launch monstrous charges against the innocent intellectual before the courts in Emilia-Romagna, they established a criminal plan with the intent to sell the very precious and valuable personal library, personal documentation and antique family values of the professor.

Here is the way how the member of this fascist group get hold of properties and assets of innocent, not suspecting foreigners: They search for foreigners in Emilia – Romagna and when locating interesting targets they put such foreigners under threats, violence and terror, after which they send an legally invalid copy of a purchase proposal. Then this proposal copy is illegally declared a sales contract (preliminary sales contract), based on which monstrous charges are pressed in form of a lawsuit, all this under guidance and consulting by judge Constanza. Result of this is the confiscation of the apartment from such persons, for the only reason of them being of different race.

What are the laws that are applied by the courts authorities in Bologna to justify this savage behaviour, opposed to normal human nature ? This is a serious incredible and outrageous case, completely unacceptable, dangerous for the authority of the Bologna court’s president.

On top of all, the lawyer, the trusted defending person, has never been informed in any way on the lawsuit in Emilia – Romagna. The court’s practice, from ancient Greece until today never had a case this like this: that the living victim, perfectly and completely innocent, has no rights whatsoever to defend himself ! The only “sin” of the professor I.C. is that he is of another race.

This fact is even worse, knowing that the innocent owner can not access his apartment due to threats by the criminal group (they don’t tolerate him for being of another race!!!!), where professor I.C. possesses all personal documents. A similar court’s proceeding can not be found in Europe since after World War II and this is the first case of racial and fascist prosecution realized through court’s institutions of a European country. The sanctions and penalty for such a violation are severe, because Europe does not tolerate any racist groups prosecution others only for their different race.”

In the answer onto the above memo dated 14.06.2005, Mr. President Cricchio writes: “….I think that judge Antonio Costanzo has been unanimously accepted as one of the best and most reputable judges in the region. I think that Decision 43/04 is supported by wide motivation, detailed reconstruction of facts and emphasized court’s argumentation based on precise court’s proceeding. I allow the application of lawyer K.V. to be archived and hereby order that its copy is transferred to judge Dr. Antonio Costanza for initiatives he might undertake for the protection of his honour and reputation.”

The state attorney, Mrs. Golfieri from Rome, legalized Nazi – laws in Italy by her lawsuit for defamation, which could result in serious sanctions for the reputable and innocent intellectuals from Croatia in form of long term prison penalties. Where will such court practice lead the modern and democratic Europe ?
