Lennar BVHP LLC goes on a rampage with LIES and further puts a nail in its coffin of doom.

The Agency for Toxics and Substance Diseases Registry (ASTDR) with the California Department of Health did nothing new linked to Parcel A at Bayview Hunters Point.

What Captain Susan Muza the head of ATSDR did was take the prevalent information - with all the missing data, incorrect reading, the lies that Lennar BVHP LLC presented on a platter and handed it over to the California Department of Health - to create a report.

For four months Lennar BVHP LLC did not have Dust and Asbestos monitoring equipment in place. This in itself warrants charging Lennar BVHP LLC with a criminal act - and more shutting down the operation and sending them packing where they came from.

As you can imagine the report created by the ATSDR and the California Department of Public Health is faulty.

For over two years the ASTDR and the California Department of Public Health did nothing to help the community.

Then, just like that they came into the community - slept in bed with Lennar BVHP LLC and other dubious characters - the likes of Dr. Mitch Katz and Dr. Rajiv Bhatia, created and spread a report - that is the laughing stock - among those that really know the facts.

As a former Federal Employee - the ASTDR is a joke and a slap on the face of any decent organization. The Environmental Protection Agency will suffer because of this faulty report. And when this report is evaluated in the Court of Law - is will be flushed down the drain.

The ASTDR did not write this report - but rather gave it to a proxy to write the report. The California Department of Public Health - this State agency is not a reputable agency - and most people in the know - have not heard about this agency.

One one test was conducted - as we the community have and have prove of the tests - from the site. Right now very heavy levels of heavy metals are registered and this factor must be addressed on a war footing.

Anyway, as you might expect Lennar BVHP LLC and its paid cronies are making something of this report that must be flushed down the commode.

The report says that that were no wind studies conducted and that the nearest wind monitoring hub was ten miles away at the San Francisco - airport. Wrong.

On 17th Street 3 miles away we have a wind monitoring station. We also can get the latest information from the Weather Stations in today's day and age.

Too much emphasis has been put on Asbestos Dust - while all the time radiological elements and heavy metals are really causing the damage to our children.

Excess of Arsenic and Barium - Mercury and Lead - are slowly killing our children. The throats of the children are burning, bloody noses, and damaged kidneys and liver are not uncommon.

San Francisco and the San Francisco Health Department has lost its mind. Test our children and prove me wrong. Again, I say - scum bags test our children and prove me wrong.

Mayor Gavin Newsom has blood on his hands. Sam Singer the Public Relations person - trying to use the Main Media - will never, ever succeed - in this case.

The people have TRUTH on their side and all over the world people know about this issue - because I have made it a point to tell the world the TRUTH.

No one will harm our children and get away with murder.

I know that for a fact. We will go after each and every thug - and of course Lennar BVHP LLC and the SF Health Department - Dr. Rajiv Bhatia and Dr. Mitch Katz.

The ATSDR report is fake and I told that to Caption Susan Muza from day one. In fact I will e-mail this article today to her. The same holds good for the California Department of Public Health.
