Lennar's tryst with Real Estate ploys is a travesty that will bring Lennar to its knees.

We all know what happened to Enron, the energy company, making fun of grandmothers while the scum bags made money faking energy transitions and thought that this fake game - could go on forever.

It is the same with Lennar Corporation and " Land Banking " buy land for cheap or make deals as with Parcel A and then think they can turn around and build homes on toxic land and other land close by laden with radiological elements.

Selling the homes for millions and pay no attention to Quality of Life issues.

As much as Lennar BVHP LLC thinks Parcel A is clean.

It is not clean and even now has heavy metals and bordered by migrating methane gas and radiological elements. Add to this dangerous Asbestos Friables floating all over the place.

Only a fool will buy a home on Parcel A that is surrounded by Parcel B, C, D, and E all polluted. And then you have Parcel F the Bay that has serious pollution issues.

The ships that participated in the Bikini Atomic experiments - were brought to Hunters Point and cleaned up - which meant sand blasting. The area in and around Parcel F is polluted with serious radiological elements.

We have Parcel E and especially Parcel E2 which is a cesspool of radiological elements - and radiological elements change and mutate and what this holds for the future is any one guess. The experts tend to look at this cesspool and shake their heads.

We know the watershed is polluted. At Hunters Point stood two hills that were Sacred Burial grounds - today, the strangers have polluted the land but what is more - desecrated the remains of the First People.

A long time ago - I made a statement at the SF Board of Supervisors - " no good will come of Parcel A and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard".

Lennar BVHP LLC - Roy Willis, Kofi Bonner, James Austin heard me loud and clear and jeered. Now, he laughs best - who laughs last. You all scum bags are history.

Parcel A is very polluted and more parcels like Parcel E an Parcel E2.

Yet Lennar BVHP LLC and some evil entities have plans to cap the area and build a stadium. This foolishness is so blatant and full of arrogance that it defies all logic.

Lennar BVHP LLC is bent on making money - and these scum bags will learn a lesson that will bring their down fall - and ring the death knell of their false pride and crookedness.

There is no difference between residential Asbestos Structures and Asbestos Structures from crushed Ultramaphic Serpentine Rock. In fact crush Ultramaphic Serpentine Rock is so dense that these Asbestos Structures are very, very harmful to all living beings.

And let me make this statement for the final time - one single Asbestos Fiber or Structure can cause cancer and is fateful.

Now, figure out the cap of 16,000 structures and the high of 60,000 structures - also the exceedences of over 16,000 structures that have been registered over 100 times.

Lennar BVHP LLC with intent bombard the community and adverse impacted our children and elders. Others too, most of them that had weak immune systems fell prey to other ailments because of Lennar BVHP LLC arrogance.

San Francisco has the Precautionary Principle but Mayor Gavin Newsom, the SF Redevelopment Agency, Lennar BVHP LLC has chosen to defy the laws and mandates that safe guard - health and safety. Lennar BVHP LLC is a rogue company and must be taken to task as soon as possible.

Like ENRON the company known as LENNAR will sink to the bottom of the Ocean and may it lie there forever.

The world must know - as it did with Enron - that decent, hard working American citizens and others - do not want to have anything to do with Lennar Corporation.

Lennar Corporation stock is falling - spiraling down so fast that the Lennar, Board of Directors really do not know what to do. I have been saying stuff and predicting their fall and now I say - "Lennar will be doomed".

Mayor Gavin Newsom, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, other scum bags lick your chops. You, now know the truth - Lennar Corporation, is history and we want them out of our community - yesterday.

Lennar BVHP LLC used Black cronies the likes of Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jone, Bishop Green, Keith Jackson, Linda Richardson, Angelo King, and others to adversely impact thousands of people of color.

These scum bags will be shunned by the decent community that lives in the Bayview Hunters Point - and there is no way any of the above will ever be accepted by the community. For too long, have too many innocent people, suffered at the hands of scum bags such as I have mentioned above.

The community went before the San Francisco Unified School District - the Board of Education, and won. All of the Board Members voted in favor of a Resolution - to first stop the work on Parcel A and second to test those adversely impacted.

This Resolution has sent a salvo in the right direction. It has made waves and Lennar BVHP LLC is on the run.

Lennar BVHP LLC used its influence with the SF Board of Education - but the TRUTH prevailed.
The community won big time.

Lennar BVHP LLC has seen nothing yet - the ground swelling of supporters is on the up and up - and soon the world will hear - the total VICTORY - it has been coming slowly but steadily.
