AIMCO does everything in its power to hurt innocent renters in the Bayview Hunters Point

The 604 units up at Hunters Point and this is not Public Housing was once promised to the renters to be theirs - after so many years. That was many years ago by Housing and Urban Department (HUD) a Federal Agency.

Then just like that these homes were transferred to a Property Management Company called - Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO). Before that to another Property Management Company - but we will not get into that now.

AIMCO has a track record of messing with residents - mostly renters. They try to play hard ball with those that cannot defend themselves. Mostly the poor and Elderly and have been doing that with many residents that pay rent to AIMCO on time.

Some 4 years ago - the SF Department of Building Inspection after getting too many calls linked to poor maintenance - found that AIMCO was not maintaining the 604 units - All Hollows is one of them. There are three other complexes - another being Shoreview.

The City Attorney took AIMCO to court and they were fined $3 million dollars. AIMCO promised to invest $1 million into a Recreational Facility - but nothing much is happening. Except that the youth have been deprived of the only facility - for 3 years now.

Sophie Maxwell who is deeply entrenched with the AIMCO machinations could not care less about our residents who are suffering and the youth. But, she does mind about the green that enters her coffers - and she has been on the take and in bed in AIMCO.

AIMCO - after being fined - decided to go to Sacramento and ask for Bond Money - there are millions of dollars set aside for these purposes - to maintain and rehab homes and so forth. But, the State of California made a great mistake by giving AIMCO access to such money - dubious as they are and having a very bad track record.

Some of us went to Sacramento and warned the authorities - but AIMCO spent thousands to bribe their way in.

I went to Sacramento to witness folks like Keith Jackson, Pastor Arnold Townsend, Pastor Gary Banks, folks like Linda Richardson - all present in Sacramento to vouch for AIMCO.

These scum bags have no business messing in the affair of renters and involving themselves with AIMCO - but they did.

Dorothy Peterson who is President of the Shoreview Tenants' Association and I - exposed AIMCO and those that were vouching for AIMCO and stalled the adjudication of the Bond Measure decision - but only for a minute - some $83 million plus.

Back home in San Francisco the scum bag Sophie Maxwell without Committee Hearing - introduced a measure to permit AIMCO to have access to $83 million plus. Espanola Jackson and I just happened to be there, before the full SF Board of Supervisors - and shot down the approval and asked that it be sent back to committee.

The scum bag Sophie Maxwell had no alternative but to do as we requested. Then with the help of other Supervisors - she brought the matter back and AIMCO was given the money. A slap in the face of the poor residents that live in the 604 units - who had no idea what was going to happen to them.

Sophie Maxwell waited for some time and some how slipped the same issue and got it passed.

The matter went before the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee, where it passed and where the thugs there were paid - and we will name them - if we have to.

AIMCO is now fixing the 604 units - moving people like cattle - giving them 6 days notices - and then making promises to pay moving costs and not keeping them.

AIMCO is treating the people like dirt - trying to force them to sign documents - just so that they can move the people from these units.

These units do NOT come under San Francisco rent control - HUD signed a lease with the Property Management aka Cartel AIMCO. These cases are unique and the people are suffering daily and it get worse as the days go up.

People living in these units are too stressed and the authorities that have to maintain peace know this - one has just to check the incident reports. But, the District 10 Supervisor, Sophie Maxwell is doing nothing and cares little to understand the real issue.

Our SF City and County prides that we treat our folks right - wrong.

Mayor Gavin Newsom knows about this but has done nothing. Democrats and some of them are SF Board of Supervisors are making money off AIMCO.

Union workers, working on the site - are not paid properly and taken for a ride. Yes, all this in San Francisco. City Hall in involved in this mess - and looking the other way.

Why would this City and County of San Francisco first fine AIMCO - $3 million dollars and then approve of these "thugs" getting over $83 million to fix some poorly built homes.

There was an article in the Chronicle some time ago - but it really did not state the facts.

Dry rot and fungi are common in these buildings. At this time the dry rot and fungi is not properly abated. The old material is removed some what and replaced with new material and the fungi and some dry rot left- covered with new building material.

I have brought this to the attention to you all the public but also to the Department of Building Inspection. I have asked that 10 inspectors sweep through out these units and see what is going on.

May be Mayor Gavin Newsom should take his rabid ass to the site and see what is happening for himself.

The contractor who is doing this job is from OHIO. Can you imagine that - what happened to CityBuild and Sophie Maxwell pet project.

Do you tell me that we have no contractors, no builders, no carpenters, no anybody to build and repair these homes in San Francisco?

The Federal Bureau of Investigation must be brought in. That segment of the FBI that deals with Environmental Issues and nail these vermin once and for all.

Really speaking - Kamala Harris should do something about this - but she is out there laughing like a jack ass and talking from both sides of her mouth. I have no respect for this woman - brought here by Willie L. Brown Jr.

It is not for me to expose these scum bags - just like I have been doing Lennar BVHP LLC.

Democrats in this City the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Gavin Newsom, Sophie Maxwell - are scum bags that do not need to represent people - they are not fit to represent - hogs.

The whole AIMCO operation must be investigated.

Also the AIMCO consultants Arnold Townsend, Keith Jackson, Gary Banks, Linda Richarson, John Scott - each getting thousands of dollars - I am told as much as $50,000 - for what - to sell the community. Enough is enough.

The AIMCO - on going construction was stopped once - and will be stopped in its tracks - if the nonsense going on is not fix on a WAR FOOTING.

Mayor Gavin Newsom you are put on notice - stop pussy footing around - pretending to help Black Folks when you take every opportunity to screw them.

Sophie Maxwell you are being used like a whore and a rag and you must be ashamed of yourself - allowing seniors and others - very poor to be thrown out of their homes, made promises, and kept suffering for months on end.

Do not say you know nothing? You are a liar and one that cannot be trusted. You are on the take.
