Lennar BVHP LLC the lying dog that now touts that ATSDR favor the lies of Lennar BVHP LLC

The true community from the Bayview Hunters Point met with Captain Susan Muza - Captain Musa is from the the Agency for Toxic Substance and Disease Registry a division of the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

When Captain Susan Muza met us she told us that her Agency was going to be involved in just reviewing the false data that Lennar BVHP LLC would provide her agency. She also told us that she would be helped by the California Public Health Department.

Captain Susan Muza made it very clear to us that she was being pressured by political forces and that she had to deal with Monsters.

I worked in the United States Federal System and did not fall prey to any political pressure.

One has to have the balls to take on the U.S. Government because there are elements - even at the White House that can be very corrupt.

The Agency for Toxic Substance and Disease Registry (ATSDR) does not have the ability to conduct testing. It is an agency that cannot think nor act out the box. It follows orders - just like a puppy - and will lead anyone over the precipice.

It is the mouth piece of political pressure. In this case it followed the orders of two hags - Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein. Two corrupt Representatives that must be removed from office.

All ATSDR does is review data and makes some drab conclusions.

In this case it invited the State of California - Public Health Department to review the fake data that Lennar BVHP LLC provided these two agencies.

We all know about the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and we know what their role was when 9/11 incident took place - under instructions from the White House many of our Law Enforcement Officers, Fire Fighters, Paramedics, and others were exposed to toxic dust and of course Asbestos.

Today, thousands are dying and more will die in the years to come because of fake instructions sent by the White House through the EPA - that everything was in place and there was nothing to fear at ground zero.

The same at Bayview Hunters Point and Parcel A that is a project of the most corrupt corporation Lennar BVHP LLC.

This company will fail and it has already fallen flat on its face.

Its Stocks and Shares are at a all time low - the lowest in five years - and its future is painted as one company that will drown in the cesspool of utter failure but more corruption.

No one cares about the White Wash - Agency for Toxic and Substance and Disease Registry.

In fact I told Captain Susan Muza much before the report came out - what the outcome would be. And I told her the same after the report was sent to some but not to all of us who participated in the deliberations. I will sent her a copy of this article and state here that she and her agency has blood on their hands.

The community does not give a hoot about her White Wash report - it means nothing to us.

We know Lennar BVHP LLC will fail. We now have thousands that support our MOVEMENT and we are going to drive Lennar BVHP LLC out of our community - lock, stock and barrel.

We are putting the Environmental Protect Agency (EPA) on notice because they have NOT done their work.

For four months Lennar BVHP LLC did not have dust monitoring and Asbestos monitoring equipment in place and bombarded innocent children, our elders, and others. This crime itself warrants a closure but this did not happen.

The community went before the San Francisco Unified School District - the Board of Education and won on a Resolution with all of the Board of Education voting in favor of the Resolution.

The Resolution called for the temporary stoppage at Parcel A and the testing of our children.

The message sent by the SF Board of Education has inspired thousands of others to join our rank. The Latino community is now fully comprehending the nonsense Lennar BVHP LLC has been doing behind our backs - dividing the community.

The Salsa step dancing and the Brazilian dancing is just hog wash - Lennar BVHP LLC cannot stop our Latino brothers and sisters from joining the MOVEMENT - and kicking Lennar BVHP LLC out of our community.

Lennar BVHP LLC is pathetic - a lying dog that has fleas and wags its tail - but now the time has come for the lying dog to place that tail between his legs and flee.

The ATSDR and the EPA could do the right thing - and if they do not we can take them to task. It is not too difficult.

In the mean time - Lennar BVHP LLC does not have the support in the community - except the sell outs - one of them Aurelious Walker, another Doris Vincent, and then there is Amos Brown who has made a fool of himself.

Sam Singer time to sing your blues and Keith Jackson your role in paying the sell outs will come to haunt you for the rest of your life. You have blood on your hands and you are not from the Bayview Hunters Point - you are an outsider and a grand sell out.

The Agency for Toxic Substance and Disease Registry has failed in its mission allowing nonsense to go on for over two years - then reviewing fake documents and agreeing to do the minimum.

The report does fault Lennar BVHP LLC but we really do not care about this document that is not binding - we are bent on driving Lennar BVHP LLC and all its dubious entities - out of our community.

We want Kofi Bonner out of our community - and with him the crooks that have adversely impacted thousands.

One stupid, fake, report will not stand in our way. From day one we knew it was a White Wash and now we know that the ATSDR report is not worthy flushing down the commode.
