GET THE LATEST NEWS FROM THE FRONT LINES AND BUILD THE STRUGGLE TO FREE THE JENA 6!

THE BATTLE HAS JUST BEGUN. MEET PEOPLE FROM THE BAY AREA WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE BIG NATIONAL DEMONSTRATION IN SUPPORT OF THE JENA 6. MAKE PLANS, AND TAKE THE STRUGGLE FURTHER!

WE WON’T STOP UNTIL THE JENA 6 ARE FREE!

Wednesday, September 26 7:30pm
Centro del Pueblo 474 Valencia (at 16th Street)
San Francisco, CA

A group of revolutionaries, activists and youth, including five students from Berkeley High, answered the call issued by Revolution newspaper to "Get on the Bus" and drive to Jena, Louisiana to participate in the big national rally there to free the Jena 6.

The Jena 6 are six black students who are facing major charges and many years in prison from a high school fight which erupted after Black students dared to sit in protest under a "whites only" shade tree in the school yard of the Jena high school.

Tens of thousands demonstrated in Jena on Sept. 20, and there were many more demonstrations around the country. But major charges remain against all of the Jena 6 and one of them, Michael Bell, was just denied bail! For breaking news: http://revcom.us/

The trip to Jena was organized by Revolution Books, in Berkeley, CA. and the participants will be speaking at a number of places in the Bay Area about their experience.

Join in conversation with the participants and make plans to build this battle to free the Jena 6!
