Susan Leal from the SF Public Utilites Commission is inept and must resign - now.

Susan Leal run for Mayor 4 years ago failed. But, then Mayor Gavin Newsom gave Susan Leal a contract so that she would hand over her supporters to aid him in the final run against Matt Gonzalez.

Gavin also made another deal with Angela Alioto. In the end Matt lost by 4 percent and most of the votes that favored him - were those cast by Absentee Voters.

Practically speaking if the voters cast on the day of the elections were the only ones that determined the fate of Matt - he would have won.

This year the people must write in their votes but do not cast your vote for Gavin Newsom. If you do you get the likes of Susan Leal.

Susan Leal was brought into the City and County of San Francisco politics - by Mayor Frank Jordon.

We all remember Frank Jordon and the nude shower he took - and other crazy happenings during his term. He also served at another time - as Police Chief of San Francisco.

Susan Leal served as the Treasurer of San Francisco and never, ever was audited.

How ever, when she was anointed as the Manager of SFPUC with a $300,000 salary - the City Controller audit SFPUC and the audit revealed to the world the mess that is the SFPUC.

Nothing much - has changed at the SFPUC - the inner circle based on life styles is growing very strong. Susan Leal continues to create havoc and mess things up.

Some means must be found to remove her and it should be legal. The machinations must stop and good sense and accountability must get rid of of Susan Leal and her cronies from the inner circle.

We all know the Clean Water Projects are not going any where.

Now, SFPUC is embarking on the Waste Water Project - in other words the Sewers and related projects all over San Francisco.

San Francisco has a dual system and its sewers take both the sewer and run off from the rain.

The Sewage Treatment Plant in the Bayview situated on Phelps Street takes sewage from 80% of the City including the Presidio of San Francisco.

Plus, and this is important - 100% from Daly City, Colma, Brisbane, and Burlingame.

Of course we charge the above counties and city - but no on knows how much.

The people that suffer from the adverse impacts - the pathogens, the particulates, the stench, the mercury, lead, other inorganic elements - are the people of the Bayview.

This hard hearted cold blooded woman Susan Leal does not give a damn. She must go and stay away from San Francisco.

We have 9500 miles of Sewer Pipes all over this City and they are leaking and over 75 years.

The same with the 2000 miles of Clean Drinking Water pipes - most also over 75 years old.
and leaking.

The watershed and other sensitive areas are polluted all over San Francisco.

That large sink hole by First Street - 20 feet by 30 feet - was created because the SFPUC went
to do some patch up work - and lo and behold - that is what happened.

In fact daily millions of gallons of water are leaking all over the City and County of San Francisco and beyond. Remember, we get our clean water all the way from Hetch Hetchy.

Susan Leal without proper dialog is building the infrastructure on Parcel A at Hunters Point.
Susan Leal is working with Lennar BVHP LLC. Working with the devil to harm our children.

The infrastructure and related projects have create toxic dust and other related adverse impacts. Susan Leal think that we are NOT fully aware of her dubious ploys. May be not about the pussyfooting behind closer doors - but you never know.

Susan Leal cannot complete one single major project.

She will start something only to move to something else - only to decide to sue Pacific Gas and Electric. PG&E has won all their cases and SFPUC has lost millions of dollars.

The City lost over $30 million on the conduits by Illinois Street by the new inter-modal bride. This money could have helped artists, other projects worth their salt.

SFPUC is working with corrupt forces laying infrastructure at Mission Bay on landfill that is toxic. The toxic soil has not been removed and Susan Leal and other have laid pipes both clean water and sewage that will impact millions of innocent people - in years to come.

Susan Leal cannot focus on good things - she can focus on evil things that happen others.

Among other projects Susan Leal has chosen to focus on putting some dangerous Combustion Turbines in the Bayview.

Only to work with the devil to harm our children. The woman is not an engineer and cannot understand basic concepts of engineering and infrastructure. She is very good at wasting tax payers money.

Imagine spending thousands to put ads to conserve water when millions of gallons of water are leaking because of the old pipes that are broken.

Imagine wasting millions of dollars when the basic forms of accounting linked to billing, poor contracts, hiring inept folks that waste thousands, and so on and so forth - adversely impacts our City and County of San Francisco.

She is a BERBER woman and has some affinity that such women bring to the SFPUC. In realm I have yet to figure out - with the exception of pussyfooting about.

One has just to investigate and evaluate the Hetch Hetchy, Clean Water Project it is NOT going anywhere.

SFPUC pays $250,000 every year to store some old Combustion Turbines since the year 2000 in Texas.

SFPUC daily releases flares and harmful particulates in the middle of a residential city - in the Bayview. Anyone can sue them and they will win. The facts favor anyone that sues SFPUC. That is how dumb they are.

There are other very serious factors linked with the Sewage Treatment Plant situated in the Bayview at Phelps Street.

The stench from this dirty, old, sewage plant is adversely impacting millions. Dangerous pathogens, particulates, mercury, lead, and other inorganic elements - daily continue to harm the residents and millions that travel through the area.

Children are dying and some one has blood on their hands.

Susan Leal has no clue because she has been told about this problem for the last 4 years. She must go.
