SF Democrat "Mayor" Newsom's Extortion Racket in Massive "Resignations"

by $
The strange act on the part of Democrat "mayor" Gavin Newsom, nephew of Rep. Nancy Pelosi, in demanding the resignation of all department heads and commission appointments 4 months before his second term is supposed to start is explained clearly as an extortion racket to get campaign contributions for his re-(s)election for mayor so as to minimize opposition votes and to further Newsom's political career.

This latest horror from the Democratic machine at City Hall, is explained as follows:
"With no serious opponent this November, Newsom is having trouble raising money – and the threat of losing your job may be an incentive for city commissioners and department heads to contribute. Fear is what will keep these subjects loyal, and sending $500 to the Newsom re-election campaign would make the boss very happy. It’s a deeply cynical move, but it explains why the Mayor would suddenly ask everyone to “tender their resignation" two months before the election."

"For an outside observer, it is baffling why Gavin Newsom would even need more money for his re-election. He has no serious opponents, and two potential candidates (Matt Gonzalez and Tony Hall) have dropped out because they said that the Mayor is unbeatable. But Newsom is looking past November: he wants to win big with a high voter turnout, so that a “mandate” will place him among the top tier of statewide candidates."

This election-frauding, anti-rent control darling of the real estate industry, currently gentrifying the entre city and poisoning Bayview Hunters Point so Lennar Corp. can build housing for the rich and make Newsom and Pelosi richer too, and proud supporter of the military recruiting show during Columbus Genocide week known as Fleet Week and the Navy's Blue Death air show, has given everyone yet another reason to vote for his opponents with this extortion racket. He claimed that he wants to have a clean slate for his second term, but that could wait until December, or at least November 7, the day after the election, and he would still have plenty of time to install his new appointees.

If you have had enough of this stinking cesspool known as the Newsom Administration, consider voting for mayor an excellent spokesperson for the people of Bayview Hunters Point who oppose the environmental racism and Lennar Development construction in their community, namely a medical doctor, Dr. Ahimsa Sumchai. As to the propositions, it would be good to vote Yes on B, E and K and No on all the rest. For information on these propositions, see:

YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO REGISTER TO VOTE IN THE NOVEMBER 6, 2007 ELECTION. IF YOU MOVED SINCE THE LAST ELECTION IN NOVEMBER 2006, YOU MUST RE-REGISTER.
You can go to City Hall, basement, Van Ness side at McAllister, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and register immediately. It would be a good idea to sign up to be a permanent absentee (vote by mail) voter so you never forget to vote and so you can vote in the peace and comfort of your own home when you have the time.
