Retired senior citizen and patient John Bearden was arrested on August 29th in his
Fairfield home. Bearden was growing 8 plants in his backyard with all documentation
present and visible. SOLNET (Solano County Narcotic Enforcement Team mailing
Address:. P.O. Box 176 Suisun, CA 94585. Public Phone No:. (707) 421-7972. FAX NO:
(707) 421-7609 ) entered in the retired man and his wife's home with guns along with
the Sheriffs department. The enforcement officers planted meth amphetamine in
Beardens home and is trying to prosecute him for growing 15 plants and manufacturing
meth amphetamine. This is Solano county's 2nd known patient arrest where the
officers are planting meth in the patients home. First case was in Birds Landing,
where they planted an ounce of meth amphetamine in Benjamins home after discovering
their medicine growing in their yard. The Benjamins case has since been dismissed.
Not only are Solano county patients denied access to their medicine, but they are
also being arrested and are the victims of corruption of the worst kind. Please
show your support for John Bearden in court on September 18th, Justice Center, 600
Union Ave, Dept 21, Rm 206 @ 8:30am.
